You and me both. That is why I don't watch that storyline at all. After seeing that they replaced Fin with another Actress that isn't as good as her. I am watching the one from 1990 right now after talking on her message board with some other fans.
I remember the day it happened. I knew they were both leaving the show. I remember they weren't on for a few days and then Finola was gone. I watched thru the memorial and then didn't watch GH again until they came back in 95. I was watching since 75 and I just stopped watching until 2006
I know I started watching around the fall of '85,after Robin had been on a while. I can remember them doing this or the storyline but I was watching and I seen the memorial, Watched til '97. I didn't start watching again(other then off and on for special reasons(Lila's funeral, Felicia came back for Gorgie's funeral,ect)until 2008. I did see some of the return of 2006. I hope they return sometime this year.
Me too. It was so awkward watching Camilla Moore strike that karate pose with Faison. Frankly I felt sorry for her. She was really out of her depth and it was GH's fault. The story has no spark without Finola.

It is so depressing watching NuAnna. The story was almost at an end and we got a replacement. I would have loved to see those scenes with Finola.
