love that place! i went when i was like 10 and im 15 now and i can still remember it as if it were yesterday. I think the hardest part for me is going in the water! :P its SO cold!!

hey we made it to 17 yrs of garner state park to with all my family..but the bad thing is that we use our different names every time we come..each time we come we have a different aunt using there name to save the spot for us...only if we used 1 aunt name..it would of been great ..well anyways garner state park is the best place i love it so much it bring my whole family together..so thank you.. :)

can i fish there if yes wat part and wat fish are in dat river

@LAREDOSK8 The best fishing is February-April for trout when we stock the river. Other fish are largemouth bass, Guadalupe bass, sunfish and catfish. Any deep areas of the river are good for fishing but June-August usually have swimmers and tubers in those areas as well, so fishing is tough.
