on the one hand, he does talk over the kid, which is rude by a talk-show host by any standard. on the other hand, he makes his point, and I believe he understands the context if you listen to the clip. These people wanted to teach kids to use drugs and engage in sex properly, Bill believes in the simple idea that they should wait til they're older, and he never condones drugs, period. its just not surprising..... at all. love it or hate it, but make sure YOU understand the context.
