I would say that myles has a broader style compared to tremonti...myles was bluesy for the most part, but showed that he can go speed when he wants to, tremonti was pretty much pedal to the metal all the way.....both are awesome guitarists though...got me goosebumps watching this vid

Myles is a more complete guitarist than mark, its so mind boggling that they didn't know of myles guitar chops when he joined alterbridge. Looking forward to his solo album.
