This defintely was a fake. The font is Mortal Kombat 3 and the Robot seen running was an android from "Godzilla vs. King Ghidora". The only thing Terminator in here was the T2 footage and the T2 theme. A for getting the year of T3 right, but I think this was done, when the Terminator series was thought to be finished..

It was supposed 2 be in Terminator 2. In the Future scenes in T2 they had new machines, but due to buget cuts, they werent made. Machines included the Silver Fish and others. Also, the future war was supposed to be a lot longer, and was supposed to show the end of the war.

The first third is made up of T2 footage, possibly from the trailer. The second third is footage from the T2 3D ride, and the last third is obviously a scene from an asian film. Other obvious clues are unprofessionally made titles and a soundtrack that does not match the visuals.
