Well Happy New Year to you all.There is a lot of emotional suppression in today's world. Nobody faces their own emotion anymore irregardless at work or at home. I have a question about meditation and sadness. I already have felt a lot of positive effects from the meditation. I feel more relaxed, I sleep better, I am generally in a better mood - HOWEVER, it seems like its making me depressed...by this strange sense of sadness.
