I modeled and animated that thing in Maya. The comp work was done in After Effects. It was my very first model and my very first animation.... It was the first time I tried anything that complex.. Today I look at it and cringe but when I made it, it was the best I could do. Notice how the tail is behind the tree at the beginning. That was hard. The motion tracking was hard to. Hell, the whole thing was hard.
