  • this has been the single greatest presentation i have ever seen V.v.V

  • Thanks thanks thank

  • can you please tell me what the meaning of optimitische duration, expected duration and pessismitic duration in theory? what are they? and in which condition should i use a duration weights? thanks in advance..

  • when you are planning the different tasks in a project, the optimistic duration is the duration in the best case scenario (likely a short duration), the expected duration is the most likely duration of a task, and the pessimistic duration is the duration in the worst case scenario. you would use it when you are uncertain of the length of time a task or activity will take. let me know if you have any other questions. thanks for watching
