it's to go with Japanese sake (Nihonshu) nicely:D
and i'm surprised to know that you can eat Natto and use chopsticks skillfully.
most of people from other countries hate to eat Natto and are reluctant to use chopsticks.
there are many Japanese people who cannot do them. you have really strong curiosity and
charange spirit!

Oh man, that looks good. I wish I could find some of this stuff!! We have a big Asian community where I live, but it's mainly Cambodian, so we have a lot of southeast Asian food... but not much Japanese stuff.
