  • Don't complain about the lack of pain. You don't want to end up hurtting yourself trying to feel the burn.

  • Sounds like a good plan.  Start with 5 minutes and add a minute on regularly and work your way up. You're moving right along!

  • Bananas are GOOD.. our hearts need that potassium! :) I often have two a day, too. I hear ya on the elliptical, girl!! Think of me when you do it, I had to make myself do it, too. You can do it! Change the incline if it feels weird to you, until it feels right.

  • I am really encouraged that you are back again with a great video. Thanks for talking about how the exercise (cardio/strength/resistance) all work together and how it impacts all areas of your life. When we make our bodies stronger it reflects in our entire life. Bananas are good things.

  • Thanks Terry, i love working out, which might sound crazy, but i enjoy a good sweat and burn, I feel like the lbs are shedding away w/ the sweat! I really do love bananas, i could eat em' all day,LOL
