Bananas are GOOD.. our hearts need that potassium! :) I often have two a day, too. I hear ya on the elliptical, girl!! Think of me when you do it, I had to make myself do it, too. You can do it! Change the incline if it feels weird to you, until it feels right.

Thanks Terry, i love working out, which might sound crazy, but i enjoy a good sweat and burn, I feel like the lbs are shedding away w/ the sweat! I really do love bananas, i could eat em' all day,LOL
the cardio workouts are awesome? I totally need to do what you are doing b/c that is the one thing I am trying to learn to like. lol You have such an amazing attitude. I know you will make it past the 5 mins of the elliptical. Just start out slow until you feel comfortable. You're doing great!

Sounds like a good plan. Start with 5 minutes and add a minute on regularly and work your way up. You're moving right along!
