In BO, it's the same thing with the Soviet team, but in retrospect, it kinda makes sense considering that Spetsnaz operatives are encountered in several levels of the game (most notably in Numbers).

@silyanina Welll They didn't wear masks because i guess they saw no use for it. Besides think of the game itself, Makarov had I think 5 men not counting him and counting Allen. They were all armed with m4's and Machine guns as I remember. in real life if a police man sees someone carrying a full auto they drop their gun because they dont stand a chance. So i guess its because they didnt have masks cuz they were uselss and the russians who accepeted him as leader were terrorists TOO.
