  • my next best ww2 moovie of my childhood-

  • 6 people diddint get the gold

  • The person who cast this movie was a genius.

  • One of my all time fave movies!

  • one thing worse than nazis is crazed hippies in tanks

  • If only someone would make this into a video game! Could get mot of the voice talent too, as they are still all alive. This would be a great game.

  • @KoMmIzZaR98 Actually, Telly Savalas died in 1993.

  • they are in the 35th Infantry Division

  • donald sutherland's just... too freaking weird man lol

  • I still submit that this is the most accurate ww2 film of all time

  • 5 Negative Waves dislike this

  • Great movie, but Sutherland acts and sounds like an early 70's hippie

Love the converted T-34's into Tigers. They did a pretty good job there.

  • I need about 60 feet of bridge ha ha ha ha haaa.

  • Thumbs up if you were watching this on Channel 5! :)

  • bloody good movie !

  • They don't make movies like this any more.

  • Seriously one of the best war movies ever made.

  • So this is where 3 Kings' story came from...

  • Not a lot of people know this, but the movie was actually based on a true story that was published as a book entitled "Gold Is Where You Dig It"; an account of a small unit of the US Army that indeed did try to knock over a Nazi bank behind enemy lines; however, the author has never disclosed the fact if any gold was actually stolen. I mean....would you!!

  • @gillyh2745 I wonder if the author was a part of that army unit.

  • THUMBS UP IF YOU LOVE ODDBALL!!

  • oddball is a legend!

  • when i was a kid that was my favorite movie. Still is

  • All star movie characters..."Harry Callahan","Kojak",that guy from the 1995 movie "Casino","Major General" from the '95 movie "OutBreak",and "Brett" from the movie "Alien",starring in...

  • freaking awesome movie. I really enjoyed it.

  • Yeah, reviewing the episodes jogged my memory. This really was nothing more than a hippie flick attempting to give them a status in the greatest test of American will to destroy a world threat.

    Fuggeddahabouddait!

  • four people who watched this are as clumsy as mulligan

  • @81koenig ---- <<< ready-----aim------ignore

  • @81koenig - - - and your account has been "closed" - that says it all.

  • So this is where Battlefield got their idea for Bad Company.

  • @WugeSternKleinge, first from "Dirty Dozen", "The Devil's Brigade" then "Kellys Heroes" and at last "Stripes" :D

  • @WugeSternKleinge Good morning =)

  • "Private Enterprise Operation" = DESERTERS. (Yeah, I know it was only a movie - they were still deserters.)

  • good, not great movie. Clint was pissed off that original director, Don Siegel, couldn't make this one. Donald Sutherland hippie was best part of the movie. Film must hold the record for greatest number of on-screen explosions.

  • I love this movie !<333

  • how its a movie

  • The duration of this trailer is incredible, but they are indeed beautifull people =)

  • I watched this with my father and his brother some days before Christmas, I enjoyed it alot.

  • Great movie! The Shermans are authentic, but does any one know if the Tigers are? Could they be modified t-34's? If anybody knows, please advise. Thanks!

  • The Tigers were built upon T-34 lower chassis. Custom job by the Yugoslavian Army for an earlier movie about the Yugos on the East Front. They just happened to be there when they filmed Kelly's Heroes.

  • I used to think this movie was filmed in Croatia. But, another fellow said it was filmed in Serbia. Which of the former united Yugoslavian Republic's was it?...........

  • Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina

  • @goldenhide Actually, they were made for movie about Yugos in Yugoslavia, the movie is called "Battle of Neretva"

  • @goldenhide I was going to say they look like medium tigers.

  • BEST!!!!

  • very good clint movie

  • lol Crapgames face at 0:52

  • Great damn trailer!! I hope to meet ol'" Don Rickles" one of these days soon. I truly hope to see "Conan" have him on as often as Jay Leno did on "The Tonight Show". I've always liked his in your face, sarcastic as hell, give you a bad time humor!!

  • Kilroy, up yours baby!

  • the game battlefiled bad company has the same storyline.

  • Carroll O'Connor is also great in this movie: "This man is a born loser. And yet you guys have not buried him yet. And you call yourselves leaders of men?"

  • Best W.W. 2 movie ever made!!!.

  • @martin4real2 this movie was the shit. period. haha. don't forget carroll o'connor. he was the best.

  • lol scinse im watching this trailer i think im gonna buy this film lol, i have it already, i wonder what its like lol, i wonder if its different than all the other 100 times ive watched it, still its a great movie

  • along with winners and sinners, my fav film of all time - so glad it was a surprise hit in the 70's as it really deserved it.

  • I've been working on the railroad! A CLASSIC!

  • 1st time seeing this trailer. This movie is the best.

  • lol nobody said anything about luggin this 30 cal machine gun across the country ! haha nice one

  • take it easy Big Joe!

  • battlefield bad company have defiantly based the story on Kelly's Heroes!

  • Thats what I think too man! It's all about the gold! And A thing I think they took from Kelly's Heroes is music in the cars, like how Oddball plays music during battle! Great movie and Great Game.

  • i know i hate bad company stupid bitches for stealing its storyline

  • thats really silly.....i thought the idea was brilliant....mixing modern war with an adventure plot....it reminded me of this movie right of the bat...nice way to remember the real old Hollywood when it wasn't pussified.

  • bad company is actually an almost carbonite copy of 3 kings a shitty remake of this movie b company and 3 kings stole the storylne and they both sucked

  • My favorite war movie

"Its still up...no it aint" lol

  • fun movie !!

    all time classic.

    great song as well:

    'all the burning bridges'

  • Great trailer Woof Woof Woof!

  • would love it someone could make a compalation off oddballs parts, aint to competent on a computer or would do it myslef,

  • WUFF WUFF WUFF WUFF! LOL

  • Another underrated Clint Eastwood film was Coogan's Bluff. (fantastic movie!) Made in 1968, with Susan Clark, Lee J. Cobb and Don Stroud. That and Kelly's Heroes, Dirty Harry and The Outlaw Josie Wales are my all time favorites. If you haven't seen Coogan's Bluff, you owe it to yourselves to get the DVD.

  • this is a great movie. a saw him 5 times or more and I can't stop watching him again^^

  • Just genius. Absolutely love this film. Lalo Schifrin's score is fantastic. Script is great. Actors priceless. Eastwood has stated that this might have been an all-time classic but for mistakes made in post-production. To me, it still is.

  • This is one of the best ww2 movies of all time! :D I've seen it like a million times but I never het tired of it! Donald Sutherland is fantastic in this film!

  • Great video Wath's the final music????

  • its just the theme tune from Kellys Heroes - It can be found on ITUNES performed by the Prague Philarmonic Orchestra

  • yyscm, the song is called "Burning Bridges" and the band is called "The Mike Curb Congregation."

  • But my hair is still in curlers!Priceless!

  • watch for the scene where Kelly pulls up in the jeep to talk to Big Joe......there's a guy on Eastwood's left in a blue pin stripe shirt.....ooooops! we missed that one!

  • I agree.. Where Eagles Dare and Kelly's Heroes.. Definitely two very underrated movies that deserve more attention.. I must say though I LMAO at this one

  • Hi Man

    Whattya doin?

Drinkin' wine, eatin' cheese, catchin' some rays...

    definitely an anti-social type

woof, woof, woof...that's my other dog imitation

  • That is the greatest line I've ever heard in any film. Complete, utter genious!

  • LOL =) "It's still up!" BOOM "no it ain't!"

  • LOL this movie is hilarious!!! Donald Sutherland as Oddball- CLASSIC!

  • "That guys got to be a full fanatic freak or else he would have split out of this town 20 minutes ago!"

I've seen this movie over and over

  • Where Eagles Dare and Kelly's Heroes. Probably my two favourite movies AND Soundtracks. P.S. Telly Savalas "What gold"? cuts to Telly's brother George, who played Stavros in Kojak. (You probably all knew that anyway)heh heh...

  • An often overlooked and underrated movie. Classic. Great performances, great script. One of my favorites of all time. Burning Bridges was by the Mike Curb Congregation.

  • this is a good trailer but i think it should have that "burning bridges" song that would be good! every time i watch this film i end up sing that all day!

  • My favorite movie aswell. Watched it countless times, never gets boring

  • my favorite movie, best war comedy ever made !

  • omg its a great movie!!!!!!!!!!! lol

  • The supply sgt. at 1
