@hylan0143 *SPOILERS* just before the ending, Kendra gives you a video message from nicole showing her stabbing herself with a needle. Which in turn kills her. She killed herself before you even got to the Ishimura so she was never there helping you. The Marker, that big red statue, was messing with your mind projecting a fake image of Nicole to help you guide along.

3 possibilities: 1 issac got ownt, goodnight sweet prince. 2 that was just another hallucination from Issac's maddness from being on the ship (notice he didn't bring up that video it just came up so you know he was on a trip) 3 Issac came out fighting, whos to say he couldn't have taken that necromorph down, he took plenty huge ones down with a good swing, plus you need to be dead to be infected by the necromorphing process

You have to admit,becoming a skilled engineer,to the worlds savior,that has to be pretty hard,oh and his girlfriend was killed(by the poision stuff) and she was most likely changed into a necromorph by the bird-type-necromorphs,she might of went on his ship at the last second without him noticing,and no,he did not die,even the creators said so,I beleive theres a sequil coming out but I think it's only for the Wii.

nah I looked it up. there is a Dead Space coming out for the Wii but its the 1st game, same as the xbox 360s except it has an extra chapter from what I believe. there will still be a dead space 2.... they wouldnt release it for the xbox then forget about us players :P

what if its a different guy who does the same thing like issac but on a planet full of those things because issac would have to be a lot more powerful and skilled if he survived in the next game, thus making it equally hard to beat the game

I have no idea, you have to think about this though. this is the only time in the game he is attacked with his helmet off. Everything hopefully will be answered in Dead Space 2 which is coming out later :P
