r u sure blowing the sim card place will fix it

take the battery out and take the sim card out and blow where the sim card goes abou 3 times then put your battery back in and it should work

you have to take the battrey off andn take the sim out and you see a silver plaity iff you push hard on it it will start workinf or if you un doo the silver bit and then press on it it works

My BB does the same. i got it sent away and then returned un-fixed because they said that the battery indicator had been activated ie. gone a little pink, so they refused to fix it :(! This happened within 2 weeks of getting it.

Rub the Trackpad on some paper do it until the bb trackpad works....ive got same bb as u curve in silver now got a bb bold but mine got water damaged everything works fine but the trackpad..and im gunna rub it on some paper try it its worked for looooads of people

this is happening to mine , it used to be like yours it would jam and then if i pushed it in hard enough it would eventually work , but then it started getting worse , my phone reset itself and when it eventually rebooted...the middle button wouldn't work ... then it started working again after about 20 mins of rebooting it and messing bout with the trackpad to try get it to work , then its happened AGAIN but it doesnt seem to be worken fullstop now:/ any suggestions on how to fix it :(?

Buy a new trackpad, go on ebay or some other site. Dont listen to all the other bullshit - cardboard, newspaper? What century do you even live in?

They're like 5 pound on eBay and there are many videos on youtube on how to install it. Good luck

i have tried all 3 on those techniques and none of them worked :/ its pointless , just take it to a shop or summin and get it fixed coz thats what im doing :/

I have got the same phone and the same problem, these ways are temporary but there good 1: remove the bettery and place a peace of cardboard/tissue between the battery and metal plate 2: remove the battery and press the scrol pad 5 times and open you phone it works really :) but there just temporary u need to go to a shop and get it fixed its kindaa the only way make sure u save everything on ur phone else where in case its erased from the phone whilst being fixed :)

well i had the same problem on my curve 9300 so i sent it of to blackberry they sent me a no one with os6 all get No i dont think so they sent me a blacklisted phone so yest again sent of i get a new 1 monday and now the tracpad on this is doing the same im so pissed with blackbery

and they made me pay £40 and it seems to be the curve 9300's

You can rub it on a newspaper and then again use it it works sometimes;-)
