@pelvitwooooo ya their very rare in Victory road, try using the ability Magnet Pull, Magnemite, Magneton and Nosepass have that ability, Magnet Pull attracts more steel type pokemon, you should have no trouble finding one =D

Heres a glitch for firered/leafgreen.

When you reach the town with misty's gym beat gary and beat all 5 trainers. Get out a weak pokemon and put your tough ones in the PC Box. Go to the guy reocket grunt whos disguised as a man and lose to him. You will have the nugget he gave you, go verse him again and yet again he gives you another one. Keep repeating until you have heaps! So you can buy ultra balls for catchin all 3 legendary bird pokemon and catching WITH MASTER BALL:
