Sacrifice was a total re-awakening, both for Numan himself and his fans.

Gary is deffinately fed up if you watch closely here and Ade is riding on Numan's name. Yeah, Numan doesn't have the best track record when it comes to collaborations. In the past, one couldn't help but get the impression that the other collaborator always stood to gain more. Radio Heart is a good example. Bill Sharpe is another. He did some good work with Gary but, in the big scheme of things, who is Bill Sharpe? Rico is a more recent case. Good song but ... It would be nice for Gary to work with artists who at some point in their career have had some sort of impact or influence.
Well maybe back in the days, not so sure now... When The Smashing Pumpkins were all the rage, there were rumours about Gary doing work with Billy Corgan. That could of been interesting. In fact, if you listen to Gary's version of M.E. on Hybrid (a song which Billy covered in live shows apparently), I find there's a Corgan quality to it.
