  • Has anyone in here ever learned and mastered lucid dreaming?

I've been sleeping over a crystal rod which I placed under my mattress. I swear this thing really does work and I was very skeptical at first when I tried it. But now I know crystals really do work really well.

I like using amethyst crystals and great big quartz crystals when I construct a crystal rod. Also, I've been using affirmations before I fall asleep. I repeat 100x, "I NOW HAVE A LONG LASTING & BLISSFUL LUCID DREAM."

  • Bad fucking tones in this video man. This shit is gonna send you into a nightmare.

  • @ericsuprunchik that was "sleep paralasis". your body paralizes itself while you sleep so you dont act out your dreams. your mind woke up before your body did. its not an everuday thing but more common than most people think. dont be scared! :)

  • can i feel pain or stuff like....well if like i got punch could i feel it?

  • @spiderman4095 Your brain subtatutes pain in dreams but f your lucid dreaming you can say (control) I dont want to feel pain. You probally wont feel it. The frst tme you try you might feel a bit of pain the frst tme i had a lucid dream it was half contollable i did get raped though and i felt pain. I hope you dont :)

  • @Pegasister3 well thanks but i still haven't had a lucid dream:( do you know a easy way how did you do it?

  • @spiderman4095 Nope i tried again but i couldent dream :(

  • @Pegasister3 well ok... hope you can lucid dream soon.

  • i had a dream i was awake, and when i woke up i was sleeping.

  • Next time you have a lucid dream try flying into space and landing on other planets

  • what is the picture at 0:18? it's beautiful!

  • Lucid dreaming is da MF'ing BOMB! I can't control it, but however I do have them every once in a while! It's so great! Last time i was dreaming I was drunk, I looked to the sky but it was all purple nd shit so I was like: wtf, the sky isn't purple! So I knew: Holy F'ing shit! I'm dreaming! So I stole a car in my dream, crashed it into a tree but the cops came after me so I ran away! I ran into a huge building and was thinking: I can't die, so lets jump out of the window! And then I flew away.

  • @petrifiedgarden LOL ufail

  • @petrifiedgarden Heres a trick!

sleep for 5 hours then use alarm or something to wake up.

when you wake up Stay up for about 90 minutes

dont be to awake thought just do a little stretch

Now before you fall asleep keep thinking of what you wish to accomplish witch is a lucid dream

you can also eat a couple of oranges before falling asleep

oranges contains vitamin b and vitamin b contains tanthorfom or something witch makes the lucid dream super vivid

    check out Youtube,com/1dreamwarrior

    :D

  • @FacebookTheMetal lucid dream master here. what you describe is a noobish way to dream of what you want but it is not lucid dreaming. as lucid dreaming is a way of changing your dream as you go along, to whatever you want. what you advise is that people premeditate their dream before they sleep but doing this will work but it is a novice technique and only the best dreamers know that it comes from within the dream

  • @FacebookTheMetal jeez, if you keep waking up you'll never get a good night's sleep though >.<

  • @dannphan29 Yeah but you dont have to lucid dream every night

there's also binaural beats witch is problably the best way to achive lucid dreams

  • @petrifiedgarden Turn on yourself fast.

  • It was scary because I woke up one time and couldn't move and I tried to scream but couldn't do that either very scary!

  • @ericsuprunchik thats ok its supposed to be like that

  • @ericsuprunchik THATS GOOD, you should relax, then wait for awhile , dont try to move, and then u enter the dream :D

  • @ericsuprunchik haha happened to me before to i was sooooo scared haha i was like um... whats going on? it happens when you wake up and your brain dosent tell your body that your awake yet so you cant move lol.

  • @ericsuprunchik haha it's only scary because you are weak minded and you are scaring yourself HAHAHA!!!

  • @ericsuprunchik

That's called cardiac arrest, and you usually go into REM sleep.

  • @ericsuprunchik you had a false awakening, when you sleep your brain sends info to the spine to paralyze you so you don't act out your dream in real life.

  • @ericsuprunchik That's called "sleep paralysis" . If you Google it you can find lots of helpful suggestions.

  • @ericsuprunchik holy shh dude well i woke up and the cover was on my nos i could breath i could move nor sscream until 30 second later it wass sscary

  • @ericsuprunchik and what happend then?

    did i stopt or repeated?

  • @TheClonetrooper11021 i went back to sleep then woke up and wasnt paralysed anymore

  • @ericsuprunchik Thats called sleep paralysis

  • @ericsuprunchik sleep paralysis mate

  • @ericsuprunchik that's hypnagogic paralysis, your brain is awake but your body isn't, you just have to stay calm and don't think of monsters or something else, than try to fall asleep again. I had that experience too, but now I know it isn't dangerous.

  • @ericsuprunchik It's nothing to be afraid of, it's actually quite common. It's when your concious wakes up but your body is still asleep. Some people are terrified of it, but it's really nothing to be afraid of.. some people mistake it as having themselves dead or other things like that.

  • @ericsuprunchik That's one effect with WILDs. If this is a problem, you can look into MILD or DILD, or other techniques than WILDs. There is a wikibook on lucid dreaming, and it's really useful.

  • @ericsuprunchik That happened to me too my first lucid dream. I was screaming and kicking, or I was trying to. The only thing that worked is I told myself to calm down and just kept saying "Okay, just open your eyes. Open your eyes. Just POP them open." And the second I said 'pop' it worked :) Maybe try that next time.

  • @ericsuprunchik sleep paralysis. i had the same thing, except a man was choking me (hallucination)

  • @ericsuprunchik Temporary sleep paralysis. Not uncommon with lucid dreaming.

  • @ericsuprunchik Yeah I used to have it once or twice when I was younge I had loads of nightmares, lucid dreams at this time. The affect you had is called sleep paralisys or dream paralysis - look it up :)

  • @ericsuprunchik Same thing to me when i was in a day care center when i was like 4 or 5 and it was nap time lol and i rolled over kinda and bumped into some other kid and he woke up so he told on me and i was like mmmm mmmm trying to get some words in

  • @ericsuprunchik It's something that happens before and after you sleep, your brain numbs your body so that it won't move when you dream, when you try to invoke a lucid dream, there's a more likely chance of you becoming awake when your in that state, sleep paralysis.

It could even get worse, you could start hallucinating things while you can't move, something I have a lot, and my hallucinations aren't very nice.

  • @ericsuprunchik Thats sleep paralaysis which can lead to Out of Body Experience.

  • @ericsuprunchik Your body was in sleep paralysis as in your body was asleep and you where dreaming you could not move but if you thought about controlling your body you would be able to move

  • @ericsuprunchik

this actually happened to me when i was young.. about 11 or 12 years old... im 16 now, and i never really thought anyone else has had this happen. i woke up, and i literally felt it had something to do with satanic spirits/demons possesing my body because my body would NOT allow me to move. i couldn't scream or anything. and for some odd reason my light was on. it was the realist thing ever, and to this day i believe it wasnt a dream. it last for about 3-5 seconds b4 i passedout

  • @shecks10195 It wasn't a dream. It was sleep paralysis, and that happens to me as well at least every 12 months. Your brain cuts off signals to the body while you're sleeping to prevent you from moving around while you're dreaming. Sometimes your mind will wake up a few seconds before your body does, and this will leave you temporarily paralyzed. When that happens to me I never fall sleep before breaking out of paralysis. :p It seems like if I fall asleep in this state I'll die or something aha.

  • @caniseeyourtitties It happens every night.

  • @ericsuprunchik calld a night terror

  • @ericsuprunchik sleep paralysis. better than being stuck in amnesia. i play CPU games alot and i once got stuck in roblox... heh. but then came amnesia. and it stayed.

  • @ericsuprunchik wow man me to

  • @ericsuprunchik Same because a big spider like from minecraft tried to attack me.

  • @ericsuprunchik it's called sleep paralysis

  • @ericsuprunchik it's called sleep paralysis, your body is at sleep but your mind is not..

  • @ericsuprunchik thats called sleep paralysis. it happens to me a lot. It can be scary but try to accept it. ;]

  • And 9 times out of 10 sleep paralysis occurs when people sleep on there back. :)

    Thats probably why

  • @dropkneeeee actually sleep paralysis occurs every time you go to sleep... and I always sleep on my side. Soooooo. not true. although when I do WILD i do lay on my back, and it works pretty well. :D

  • Changing sleep paralysis to a lucid dream is very difficult and very few people can perform it. Sleep paralysis is a problem more then something to be curious or excited about and is normal linked with something in your life.. To wake uo easily you normally find the one body part you can.move (usually nose, thumb and big toe but it can vary to even your ears or clenching your bottock)

Just move it rapidly and continuously and it should wake you up.

  • @dropkneeeee Why not be curious? It's an interesting thing, even if it can be scary. It's only a problem if you let it be..

I mean if you don't like it and it's effecting your sleep badly, then yeah, waking yourself up like you mentioned is a good option. But if you are curious i'd say it can be beneficial to try and explore it, and maybe even start working on engaging in a lucid dream through sleep paralysis.

  • I normally go to bed at 10 p.m. and for some reason i often wake up around 3 a.m. for no reason... then i go back to bed and this is when i have vivid lucid dreams. And once in a blue moon while sleeping i could open my eyes and look around. I cant move my head or body just my eyes. This freaks me out so i have to force myself to wake up

  • @7bikerboy7 That is called sleep paralysis if you close you eyes and envision a dream world you can go straight into a lucid dream.

  • @7bikerboy7 when you said you cant move its called sleep parlysis

  • @7bikerboy7 3am? demonic hour my friend.

  • I tried to lucid dream....After watching war of the worlds.

  • @SCIFIguy64 WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU SAY THAT D;;; NOW IM TEMPTED TO FIND OUT WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT D;

  • @alaskanhuskeee92 You don't know what WotW is? Its like the best Book/movie/musical/TV show EVAR!!!!!

  • @SCIFIguy64 Cant think that ended well. unless you like aliens in your dreams.

  • hekk
