  • fuckin nerds

  • Is anyone here because they have Dr. Desai?

  • I have to do this monday

  • Were doin this tommorw can't wait

  • we get to do this experiment this year. we only get toothpicks and hot glue. 8m off the ground. hate this experiment

  • at my school we drop eggs from the top of our bleachers, thats nearly 100 fight high this is nothing

  • @haydenhc14 ya well, we're dropping it 3 stories off the roof using only elmers glue and toothpicks....onto concrete :(

  • what the hell that's not nearly high enough

  • why is my small business entrepreneurship class doing thins

  • this is stupid. i have to do this project in honors physics but i have to drop it from 2 stories.

  • @YoungFellow06 i have to do it from 40 feet

  • 5 poeple starved to death because they stole thier eggs and droped them

  • my question how many eggs did they waste???

  • I did something similar in school, (fifth grade) we were assigned to design a box or container that will hold an egg with anything BUT food...then she would drop it off of the roof, and see if it will break.

  • 5:40 is a good design, but which one is the best????

  • i like it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!=)

  • i had an egg drop at my school and eggbert #16 lived lol

  • I dropped my physics egg project off a bridge at school.....lol i won first place. advice: STRAWS!!!!

  • Going for last place? lol

  • what is the name of the song?

  • @o0GreenTea0o "Man in a 3k Suit" - Jonezetta

  • We did this and we dropped it 3 stories onto the sidewalk, but we didn't have to use straws. :)

  • @MrCubeGuy What did u use then? Parachute?

  • @baileyschlager I wrapped in thick bandaids and put paper cups around it. It actually worked.

  • haha wow try droping the egg down two stories but only using 20 non-bendable straws or thick straws, 20 rubber bands and 3ft. of string

  • yo im sorry but my technology class droped eggs from 33 feet and 64 feet and my group did perfectly well with no parachute just droping it hehe

  • my project for this wasn't all fancy or what now. It was just a plastic bag with a bunch of cotton and i came in 1st highest we dropped it was from a 40 feet stadium.

  • We only get to use popsicle sticks. That's it.

  • *with the tin foil

  • @rino21111 we couldn't use tin foil

only straws and tape and hotglue

  • @nlaballer I was talking to superzhazha

  • @nlaballer were doing ours in tech class and we're dropping them out of a three story window, but were allowed to use wood (not a good idea..), bubble wrap, tape, nails, screws, fabric, but limited amounts of all of those and ours counts for a big grade... fun. plus we have to do the architectural 2d drawings of them

  • Supersaza, make a parachute

  • Where are the honours-physics girls?

  • @Krytes42 great question! haha

  • @Krytes42 girls aren't smart duh

  • @Krytes42 Girls can't do physics :P

  • im building an apparutus for a drop from over 100 feet. any suggestions?

  • my school made a ramp a drove a car down it into the egg

  • i would put it in a camera case filled with tempurpedic foam, and a piece of paper on top as a sail. =)

  • They should have tried dropping from the top of the 2nd floor of the building. We've tried it and it was successful using paper, cardboard and tape only.

  • where all they were using was straws and tape?

  • hey... take some closer pics so i can see them. everything that i hav tried has FAILED.

  • i blame the chicken that laid them

  • We can only use carboard, tape, glue, and paper. TT I'm gonna fail...

  • @Seagazer81892 we can only use straws and paper clips...

  • all you need is paper and you can drop from like 40 feet with no problem

  • and thats one sheet of 8.5 - 11

  • dude on june 2, we have to drop it from like 60 feet but idk what we should use..we cant use food items, sharp objects, or parachutes

  • it depended on the weight of the apparatus. some people ended up doing it from about 10 meters

  • ok wats the force called or wats it called when the egg hits the concrete and stops moving

  • inelastic collision

  • these kids designs suck :O

  • what did u make the things that held the eggs out of?

  • straws

  • whats the name of the song that says hey mr big shot?

  • Man In a 3k Suit - Jonezetta

  • thanks dude

  • what rules and restrictions did you have?

  • we could only use straws (as many as we want), only one meter of tape, and depending on how much it weighed, it had to drop from a certain height for the best grade. if yours went beyond what was required for your weight, then you got extra credit.
