There is a reason all fraternities and sororities have prices, unlike most school clubs - they are run by a corporation (IHQ) who will stop at nothing to take your money ("for insurance reasons"). And clubs all have budgets and funding they receive from the school that is taken from every student. Greeks only use money that THEY donate/fundraise for themselves.

@varsitycheer15 I was a founder of a Pi Lambda Phi colony at my university, though I loved the guys, the organization of IHQ itself was poorly coordinated and overall a scam. It was probably one of my worst decisions in my life to follow IHQ and to pay them for basically no reason. I wasted a lot of money and I'm glad I quit. It's a shame so many people think these organizations are worth the money, when you could do the same thing for free. Non-international/nation is better.
