is that the stock tranny? your shift points are very different than my stock NA1 - also the speedo wasn't moving much at first, so I was wondering if you had changed the wheel dimensions which changed the speedo reading?

wrong..... that clicking noise at 4000rpm is the fuel pump going to its higher setting.

Vtec happens at 5600rpm and there is a change in the sound, but no 'click'

It's a 93 that's why it does not pull as hard. A stock B16B in a full interior in a 92 Si pulls harder. But hell, it's still an NSX. You look good in it...fast or slow.

so your saying a car that hit 85 mph that quick is slower than your civic? that car acclerates at a similar rate to my nsx and my nsx hit almost 108mph in the 1/4. can your civic even break 100 mph in the 1/4? let alone almost go a full 10 mph over 100?

also you civic guys would've had to be in 4th gear already when we just hit the end of our 2nd gear. your cars might've rev'ed faster but don't mistaken that for actual speed if your gearing is short as hell. you have to look at the rate of climb on the speedo and yes that is in mph, not km/h

Evo 8's will not "kill" an NSX. The NSX makes 290 Naturally Aspirated HP, while the EVO makes 286 Turbo HP. And who wants to roll in a 4 door family sedan over an MR sportscar? There's a reason why it costs $85K.

Nah it's a normal NSX the Type R has a slightly higher redline, it's closer to 9000.
