The best way to tour this place to not go with the tour. (which normally takes to the newly constructed western face only via bus from the river cruise) But rather take the train to the eastern face and take the traditional route up. It's prettier and has a hotel on top for extended touring. I stayed for three day and toured all 5 peaks. (Tiandu peak has halfdome style climbing, and can be dangerous. tours never go there for liability reasons) It's where my parents went for their honeymoon btw.

I remember watching your videos 2-3 years ago before even knowing what youtube really was. up till that point i was just going on youtube for some random miniclips. I would subscribe to you if you would start doing that, because i think you have a good chance becoming internet famous. that is, if you really enjoy beeing in front of the camera. i hope youll think about it.

for me, mountians have always been spiritual places , places where you can sit down and listen to your thoughts. to get away from the daily stress of everyday life, lord knows we have to much stress in life now. it,s nice to have a quiet place to meditate and get close to nature.
Wow that's beautiful! It so happened that in my last Asian art history class, we were learning and looking at Chinese paintings. Now I can understand what the painters have seen in their own eyes.. I really hope to visit China next summer, and Huangshan is a must! I didn't relize how much beauty exists in China untill I saw this video! Thanks for posting!
@AYALAUSA Oh yeah and I only saw a small tiny little bit of that beauty. Hopefully I will go back and do some more exploring. If you do go to Huangshan try no to take the tours. They rush you through the mountain so they can take you shopping at these mini malls afterward. That's how they make their money.
