I got hooked on this show back in '83 when I had to sit and watch it with my girlfriend. Only about 10 years though. lol

@cibella38 To be fair Alex kinda knew too ;) I am not comparing Alex to Steve I am just saying Alex better watch out... I don't know if Victor ever got back at Alex? Alex did give Victor a couple of hints though.

@spiesoftheheart Yes I do remember that Alex trying to drop a few hints to Victor now looking back but do you remember when Shane confronts Alex after he finds out that Andrew is really his son not Vctors and tells him off that was a classic scene.

@cibella38 Oh yeah, at the hospital right? Shane got him again, when Alex tried to "torch" his own hotel, ha! I wonder if he is still locked up or if he got out. If Larry Welsh could get out, then why not Alex...lol

I think it's neat how even back at this time when Steve didn't want anyone to care about him and he supposedly didn't care about anyone that he seemed desperate to have Kayla believe that he had nothing to do with Andrew's kidnapping. It really showed that Steve's armor was starting to crack where Kayla was concerned. IMHO!

@DawnYzag Your humble opinion is well noted, lol. I think that armour was cracking when she showed him how tough she could be. After a couple of days of hearing him play the blues or having him "pestering" her, she wasn't afraid of him. Like you said before, she was more intrigued by him. He got a kick out of bugging her and I think he was curious about her in return.
