  • parking had to been hell at 54

  • mainstream disco dancers.

  • Is the `thing` in the shades a woman or a man. Im going for the man. Any takers??

  • @chanctonbury63 the 'thing' is michel polnareff, one of france's most prolific songwriters. so a bit like asking 'what' elton john is! his songs have been covered by loads of english speaking artists. go google him! also see 'lipstick by him on here. the theme to a big 70s US movie

  • I was born in the wrong era. I was 5 when Studio 54 opened (and living in the midwest) lol

  • super!

  • Studio 54 sucked ass, I mean how uncool were they playing crappy pop songs and having elderly has-beens such as Liz Taylor hanging out in her tent-size dresses and awful make-up and Warhol in his dotage. Then they had old-farts like Haltson who was more a department store window dresser than anyone who mattered, the sight of him in his dinner jacket was so uncool. There was way better places than this and if you were young and cool then I'd say Studio was to be avoided.

  • @whangie1 i grew up in the 70s and you gotta ask yourself "how many other things have i been completely wrong about in my life?"

You couldn't be more wrong if you tried,on pupose

  • Let's all chant by The Michael Zager Band.

  • @dennilfloss Your Body, My Body,Everybody, Move your Body

  • Michael Zager Band, 'Let's All Chant' :-)

  • NAME OF THE SONG PLEASE??????????

  • There was so much shit going on around NYC at the time that we absolutely depended on these places to make things better, because things were so bad.

  • IT WAS THE GREATEST.
