lol "not bad" ?? wtf are you talking about... every damn movement she's doing in the video is wrong, she isn't even jumping as high as she could cause of her movements...that was terribad and in my opinion the only reason she could spike and/or block is cause she's tall.. Anyway just to help you on it : try to swing more youre arms and pull em back as much as you can to jump higher.. it would take me alot to explain you all you're doing wrong so for now try to do that...
