this was a great video! I use to live in Omaha, so Iowa was just a hop, skip and a jump over the bridge from us.

are you doing any races this year?

I am for sure doing the Des Moines Half Marathon again this year -- pacing the 2:00 group. For myself for my own time, I am going to run the Quad Cities Half and perhaps Sioux Falls a few weeks earlier.

nice video how do you add diff clips to make one ...havent figured that out yet...you are a go getter....and the rabbits were giving you the eye cause they said turn out the light man..lol...my roots all in iowa....blessings

I use Pinnacle Studio to do my videos, but Windows Movie Maker in XP and Vista do similar job. (I am sure Macs have similar functionality. First step import your video from you camera or capture it with your webcame. Import it into your video editing software and drag it to the timeline.

Second step, import your second video to the same video software, like Windows Movie Maker. Drag that one behind the first, and you are done.

Yes Sir, any time. O 4 lb loss today, i wanted to mention. I can't wait to get it all off so I can go work on the Sheriff's Dept with my buddy, that's my goal. i guess same as with the millitary , it's pretty difficult to chase after someone when your really overweight. Congrats on the 4 pound loss today! What an admirable goal too. You can certainly get there just keep that image in your head whenever temptation arises to eat something your shouldn't or not go out and exercise.

I found the 'running' segment hypnotic,lol We had bunnies too,they sure are sweet. I think your kids are lucky to have you.

I think that is the only reason I keep running 10+ mile runs. You get into the trance hearing your foot strikes 180ish beats a minute.

Now is definitely the prettiest time in Iowa with perhaps the exception of fresh snow fall in winter. I am a Fall guy with the changing colors and cooler temps than Summer. If it wasn't for the open leaf burning smog, this would be perfect running weather.

As for the bunnies, I have also had tasty roasted wild rabbit, but these are friends not food. :-D

I knew that was coming, but you have to take the good with the bad (the "umms," the fumbling over words, the reading off notes, and now the shaking of filming while running) with my videos.

Who knew keeping the horizon correct in shooting videos with a cell phone was so difficult? :-)

A rule of any good video is to leave the audience wanting more, so I must have done something right.

Who knows maybe there'll be a sequel ala "The Bunnies Strike Back?"
