its obviously that this not an engine from a 75. a german company P.S. Schulze is modifying alfaromeo engines, this one is from 164.

I defenetly looks like a 75 V6, just a different air intake and no plastic cover on the front.

its a 164 engine with 164 intake modified to fit 75.

i need to do some rebuild on my 2.5

its all original. i just put in a new clutch and so im getting there... im getting continuous bend headers- add about 10 HP. but i need to do all my gaskets. how do i gain more HP?

those engines are becoming rare in junkyards, they are awesome, usually you pick the alfa 164 one if you find it (3L.. 3.5 is impossible)

but they are rare indeed.

the best tuning i think is by replacing cams

for my car that was +/- 1500 usd (alfa33)

You need some timing belt covers bro. I've skipped timing a couple of times by not having one, and debris getting in the way.
