U-flycam is good, however, it's rather easy to build a steadicam using any u-shape bar.

I'm considering buying such a Flycam, but are not quite convinced that it is the right.

Your test seems to be very upset whatever that is because I have seen more quiet recordings with a Stedicam also outdoors.

Is this your first recording?

Don't practice make it more smoother, just buy a mac and iMovie '09 and use the stabilization-effect

Well, to tell you the truth, it is to heavy for me. I bought a Merlin and love it. The Flycam is good too, but for my weeks arms simply to heavy.
