  • good job chef's...i comment for cordon and bechamel......dko nmn cnsabing mali ang pagluto ng cordon...for me if maluluto ko ng cordon not like to cook in the deep of oil...mas mganda ang texture ng manok kung normal fry lang...about 15 to 20 minutes...and dun sa bechamel...try nyong mag add ng nutmeg powder for that...thanx...suggention lng po...gudluck and gobless chef's

  • Your video is good enough but your cordon bleu recipe is not the real French recipe :

    - the cordon bleu is to cook in a pan with only little oil (or oil + small chunk of butter) and not in a pan full of oil ( !) during about 20 min

    - cordon bleu is not served with bechamel sauce (except if you want it), but simply with vegetables, gratin dauphinois or pasta.

    this video is our school project... about the ingredients we are on a limited budget...
