where did you get cams man. I cant find them on any site. Why are you getting a new block? Are you just building a motor so you can have a new one? damn dude sweet numbers. on your race tune how bad is the wheel spin and torque steer?

Im going to get the short block so I can swap this motor out when I hit about 120k.

I'm already at 86300K miles.

But I'm Building the block as a backup and dropping the Compression ratio to 8:5:1.

(stock is 9:7:1)

Throwing a T4 Turbo, new Intake mani and turbo mani's, new custom cams and a rebuilt head..

I'm planning on at least 450-500whp

But I might jump to a GT35R. LoL.

But the wheel spin and hop was pretty bad until i got my RMM and the TB braces stiffen up the Chassis So it's ALMOST non existent. BUT It's still there. haha..

When I enter the freeway in 3-4th gear and I gun it, I have to wedge my arm into the door (I put my elbow where the handle is on the door) and brace my arms so the torque steer doesn't make me Lose control. haha.

Yeah bud what are your numbers right now. I was a dyno day where a guy with his speed3 put down 275/310 on a mustang dyno.

That's good.. What mods did he have? It's pretty easy to get low 300's with a few bolt ons and a tune

I have Aftermarket cams, Pulleys, throttle body spacer, butterfly delete and reworked Ko4.

The Reworked ko4 upped the whp 30hp alone on 16psi.

My race tune is 368whp and 402tq @22psi

my DD tune is 330whp and 360tq @18psi

Yes, I get shitty milage now with the race tune haha..

I'm going back to church's tuning after I get my new shortblock and T4 Turbo.

love your videos... You should consider a gt2871r. Just put one in my 08 ms3 the thing is baller and its a direct bolt on.

Looking god Dan! Glad you got your AP back! My car is the only Mexican Mazdaspeed 3 with the AccessPort (It doesn't fit with the OEM Mexican ECU, had to replace it for an USDM ECU).
