it doesn't matter what device you have because you have to have a paid developer subscription to develop on device, and 4.0 is not supported directly.
To be honest, the only reason someone should download this torrent is because it'll give you a feel at what app making is like. In my prospective, it's a way to see how good you can get with it and whether you will succeed as a developer.
@Buckmonfreda trust me it will. but unless you really need it the full non beta 40 sdk is coming out t\on the 24th of june, so only a week or so if you want to wait and not bother downloading

what do you recommend for us ... as you already downloaded it and use it .. is there any disadvantages of getting into the new firmware ? .. should i be patient for a while untill a lot of people use it ?? ... sorry about that but i'm really confused ...
@sondos006 for this u dont need your ipods UDID activated...... This is only the SDK, for development...... i also included the firmwares for show but mainly for unpaid developer like myself..... and to answer your question, the firmware is very cool, for about 5 minutes.... unjailbreakable and some things dont work, stay with 3.0 for now
@randomrazr this is not the 4.0 firmware, this is the iphone sdk for 4.0 with the 4.0 simulator..... and yes to get on iphone u do.... if your not a developer who knows objective C..... pointless to ask, but i thank you for doing so anyway
