there are sponges with natural fiber, they arrive small and thin lika chocolate bar, once you drown it on water they GROW like big sponge :D you can trust that natural fiber sponges wash so good without care scrathcing ! misteriously that sponges I found it on the paper - ink store for printers :o 1.5 USD
Thats so bullshit, he's just standing there and rubbing a sponge on the paint. There is still a lot of bugs on the paint, the best product i think is from Sonax!
Btw...You just got yourself some nice swirl marks and holograms you need to polish!
HELLO My name is Sandra Lura I SAW YOUR VIDEO AND I NOW OPEN GARAGE AND UM I WANT TO DO THE CLEANING THE INTERIOR OF THE CAR OUT AND HOW DO YOU WANT TO KNOW IF YOU COULD SEND ME THE MATERIAL THAT YOU USE IN SWITZERLAND AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO THANK YOU would seize I LEAVE MY EMAIL SO YOU CAN GET IN CONTACT WITH ME SANDRO8457@YAHOO.IT
I've got news for you. You ARE leaving swirl marks with that bug sponge. Those are meant for windshields, not body paint. That's only one step down from using a Scotch-Brite dish pad for cryin' out loud! If you did this on black, you'd be breaking out the rotary to remove the scratches. WD-40 and let it dwell for five minutes. Then a lofty microfiber to remove. Then rewax the area. Geezzz!!
I have yet to find or hear about a product, that actually makes cleaning bugs off easy! And after watching this video, I still have not found the remedy! He even says himself, that you might have to do this process a few times. Hell with that! Let's get us some product that does what it says it will do. No matter what you use, you have to scrub like a madman and sweat to death to get them suckers off.
@theQuickShop try superclean from walmart (not purple power) the using it the way he demonstrates just let it sit longer key is not to let it dry, wd40 idk bout that but maybe just wash the area well after any cleaner other than car shampoo
this method sucqs. just put a dryer sheet in a spray bottle, add 1/4 warm water and use another dryer sheet to scrub the bugs. rinse.
no hassle and a inexpensive solution.

That Bug Sponge is abraisive and will remove the clearcoat, and then the paint... eventually.
As the poster below said... WD-40, let it soak a few minutes and then soap it up good, rinse well.
Dag... this is as bad as your video where you use a stiff brush to abrade a soft-top.
