  • Still a Classic, i'll master it one day.

  • Its more faster =O

  • zelda is a figure-person in a game right?

this sounds cool, ill ask my piano teacher (neighbour) if she wants to teach it to me, or else ill just try myself till it works xd...

  • Damn.. your program needs to discover tuplets badly.

  • primer link fallo

  • The link doesn't work anymore, which really sucks. This is the best version I could find of the LoZ theme. Good job, just wish I could download it properly to print and play. ;[

  • Daaaaaaang this is too high for my chops :( I can hit the C# but I'm using face muscles :/

Ugghhh time to Google range exercises

  • 113 people have 72 hours to come out of the closet... the moons coming

  • hm thanks for the vid ;D but the link is dead i was searching for something like this but all i usually found was the orchestra version which is a litle to difficult

  • It's pretty clear you just imported a midi file into notation software. The rhythms are pretty sloppy.

  • 240p we meet again - .-

  • @MultiplyLOL Oh my, how will you make out the black notes on a white background if you don't have high definition?

  • @EmOclown07 No, we are "cultured".

  • @panerudepon Wow....I cant believe that DUMBASS just said that... Sorry, but you gotta be one FUCKING IDIOT so say Zelda are for nerds!!! Seriously, its the greatest thing ever conceived by human imagination. and IM not just saying that for the sake of saying it. Thanks for posting this up man.

  • @EmOclown07 ya know you dont have to make fun of people for what they like okay?? i bet you like it to ya know cuz you wont be on here if you didnt

  • @EmOclown07 i find being a nerd is a compliment bcuz at least we r smart enough to no that zelda is a prnicess and link is actually tohe guy in the green and some of us dont care about being nerds we like the game and some of us like to cosplay as link and princess zelda and sheak

p.s. im a girl who likes to cosplay as zelda characters :P and i hav a life a bf and friends

  • @kcpenguin64 DONT LISTEN TA HIM! HE WAS BEIN MEAN!

  • @EmOclown07 HEY ITS NOT NICE TO CALL PEOPLE NERDS JUST BECAUSE THEY LIKE ZELDA! KEPP YOUR COMMENTS TO YOURSELF! IF YA DONT HAVE ANYTHING NICE TA SAY THEN DONT SAY IT! DID YOUR MOM EVER TAUGHT YA THIS?

  • @EmOclown07 die in hell you filthy son of a bitch

  • @EmOclown07 Zelda rules! Don't be stupid and play zelda.. I'm sure you'll like OoT :)

  • @EmOclown07 I';m sorry, but you seem to have gotten some words mixed up, i'm sure you meant this:

"You guys are awesome if you like Zelda."

    It's ok, everyone makes mistakes.

  • @EmOclown07 no your a nerd if you don't like Zelda

  • @EmOclown07 Then you should not be here, you obviously don't like Zelda.

  • waaay to fast

  • @jokleas Then play it slower ;)

  • sight reading.......

  • @jpech95 that helped me soooooo much

  • @chuckels1067 I need that too

  • It makes me wanna run in a field, stabbing chickens and running from them..

  • The links are broken, do you have working ones?

  • @rvernucio Not at the moment, sorry.

  • @rvernucio lol "link"

  • THANK YOU!!!!!!! now i know mario, pokemon, and zelda themes:D, thank you so much for helping me complete the puzzle to life

  • Time to learn this on my bass :D

  • I LOVE and I mean LOVE THIS SONG!!!

  • Can you play this on Bb Clarinet?

  • @chuckels1067 i can im just playing the notes as would be on the clarinet but it;s kinda hard

  • @chuckels1067 you'd have to transpose it up a whole step, so like the first note, which is written here as a Bb, you'd have to play as a C. I know because I play clarinet.

  • @jpech95 i play flute so i dont hav to convert the notes cuz their the same :D

  • @kcpenguin64 i tried playin this on my clarinet but it came out weird! I played it exactly as written! so whats the problem?

  • @kcpenguin64 lucky... lol luckily I'm not that hard at transposing, I'm also ear trained so I can just play it by ear once I figure it out, but yeah, I would hate to see someone who plays the alto sax having to read this

  • AHHHHHH I MEMORISED ALL THE SONGS LMAO been memorized anyways

  • does anyone know how to play this on an ocarina? (i would use this sheet, but i cant reach that high notes)

  • EEEEEEEEEEEEPPPPPPPPPPPPIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICCCCCCCCCCCC

  • If anyone's looking for a brass ensemble (octet) version of various Zelda themes, I just put an original medley up... check it out.

This is a definite "LIKE" from me though. :D

  • Meh too simple

    Anything more advanced?

  • i love this song!!!!

  • whats is the name of this song

  • @BLACKMODS2000 Not sure if Trolling... or just stupid...?

  • @Tigertylar105 Not sure if knows what memes are... or just copying friends?

  • @frwhat Not sure if 12... Or what is this?

  • @BLACKMODS2000 wtf......

  • how do i get that download for mac???

  • 101 people couldnt find the magic sword

  • its helpful if you put piano in the title D:<

  • Seeing the thumbnail of the video, I immediately knew triplets where going to be the main topic of discussion in the comments...

  • Found this in bass cleft so I can play :D

  • awsome!

  • Hahaha memories...I love this song. Poor newbies who haven't even heard it before :[ This is the classic theme of the Nintendo 64 game. XD

  • Now I'm gonna play this on mah trumpet.

  • @DarkerThanLlamas I'm srry, but tuba pwns all!!!

  • lyrics: this is super awesome.

  • @bland9876 it's from the original legend of Zelda games from the NES And SNES so it doesn't appear on the DS games which is bad :(

  • Wtf I have a Zelda game on the ds and I have never heard this wtf

  • these people have huge comments

  • Triplets = Win

  • fail...

  • the base line isn't supposed to be louder than the melody just so you know

  • @neverWOAHoh actually, since the treble line is higher pitched, it will automatically be heard, so you have to play the bass a little higher than the treble, it will give a perfect blend of the music, which it did in the video. Kinda like a pyramid, you need your heavier part to be biggest, the bottom, and your lighter part to be lighter, the top, so the pyramid can stand without falling!

  • @cdaleh i know what the pyramid is the bass just sounded way too loud in this video

  • can soooooomeone pleeeeeeeeeze make a vid with the link for an unsimplified version of this? I've been looking for this a long time.

  • you can find free piano sheet music @ sheetsearch . com

  • WOAH! THIS REALLY HELPED! THANKS!

  • Looks....difficult.....O.o

  • where can i get sheet music

  • WHY DOES EVERYONE CALL THIS THE MAIN THEME!!!!!!!! ITS THE GOD DAMN OVERWORLD THEME! NOT THE ZELDA THEME. EACH ZELDA HAS ITS OWN THEME SONG

  • why does this remind me of pokemon?

  • @ninjafiedtuna Probably because of Super Smash Bros. x)

  • trombowns you all

    see wat i did thar:)

  • @Nevaq16 i see what you did but that corrolates to this video how?

  • I play the orchestral double bass...

You band people get all the credit because you march at football games >.>

  • That looks really simple

  • sorry guys flutes the best and loz XD yay hah i can play it ^_^

  • @GhostWithBlueEyes Objection- Clarinets are. The best.

  • @DarkerThanLlamas well better than saxaphone anyway but flute .... kinda impossible XD

  • @DarkerThanLlamas Sorry, but I have got to say that the oboe is the best. :P

  • @LalouchBaby1 Nonsense!!

...Well to me anyways. I LOVE the sound of clarinet (I want to hear this song played by one, besides me for once )^-^

  • @DarkerThanLlamas well... better than tuba but better than flute?!? you are pushing it there... so no... flutes are the best. deal with it. XD

  • you rushed damn it

  • If u could get the bass line for melody cuz I play baritone and bass is boring

  • you can find free sheet music @ sheetsearch . com

  • I think it definitely needs triplets as they're easier to read and count. I believe it also needs a harmonic line underneath the melody. It is a piano, so you can play more than one line in the same hand.

  • zelda on fast forward. awesome

  • awful...

  • @MrKillingourangel. Go saxophone!!!

  • 1)TRIPLETS

    2)pretty cool

    3)PIANO SUCKS! SAXOPHONE FOREVER!

  • We interupt this argument over how cool or lame this video is to bring you advice about life (cough cough* n clears throeat)....IF YOU DONT UNDERSTAND THIS VIDEO......GET THE HELL OUT OF YOUTUBE N STOP CRASHING EVERYONES JOY.......please enjoy your day @....where ever the hell you are:D

  • @TheMaryJane1997 Chill O.o

  • are you playing this

  • Sweet! How do you do that!!!

  • I like it, but I would make the Bass not to loud (mezzopiano is good)

    (sry for my bad english)

  • Hey mofo, download link has been removed!

    Fix that bullshit!

  • THANK U :) :):):):):):):):):):):):)

  • link of sheet doesnt work anymore

  • After hearing that I realised that in the main theme there are 128 (2 to the power of 7) used notes, is this a coincidence, or was it intentional for storage?

Seems interesting that it seems the writer of the theme used the maximum amount of notes possible.

  • lol. make it slower!!!! then play it in real speed

  • triplets needed terribly.

  • lol i played this on my vio,in by ear WAAAAYYYY before i saw this vid... just sloooooower

  • lol i played this on my vio,in by ear WAAAAYYYY before i saw this vid... just sloooooower

  • Slower tempo!

  • If you want the notes google gamemusicthemes

  • it seems your software has no idea what a triplet it.

  • Were can i get trumpet part for this i really want to play i only no how to play a certain part by memory but forgot the rest

  • NOOOO!!! The first link is gone. *poof!* please, upload it again!

  • I'll try this on my sax but for some reason, I really hate flats. With me its not gb its F# and its c# not Db. I guess its just a sax thing though so I might as well get used to them lol

  • midi pwns

  • lol i can actually play that on the saxophone sight reading at that speed :P

  • @bleox lol wow!!!! :P o m g teach me oh modest one

  • @bleox Do you play Alto sax?

  • @sydcor i do

  • Ever heard of triplets? Pretty much every notation program has a function for it.

  • @Darkserpentes

For you and the others who are pointing out about no triplets, I'm pretty certain he *was* using triplets.

This looks to me like it was done in Noteworthy Composer, which has a bit of a flaw with them. It works fine when entered into the notation, but once the MIDI is loaded into the program again after being saved, it comes out just like this.

  • @TurquoiseStar17

CLEARLY YOU'RE A RAGING FAGGOT. HOLY FUCK I AM ON FIRE

  • This music would so be a french horn solo or maybe even a quartet

  • ACCIDENTALS

    TRIPLETS

    come on. syncopation plz

  • hehe i played along to this with my keyboard in almost perfect sync! =) lol hahaha

  • this wud suck on baritone

  • note chart link broken man

  • he got it close without triplets u got to admit

  • trumpet part please!

  • where did you get the notes??

  • i want to play this on my bass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i want a part for a cello.

  • :D me and my friend got this right playing it by ear on sax :D

  • Luckily, trombone is a tenor instrument, which means it plays in the middle.

So I can play every note on here with an easy range :DD

  • uahhhh D:

this sucks and make me unhappy xD

  • i was hopeing i could use this for my ocarina but looks like i cant

  • Comment removed

  • ahahaha xD thumbs up if u think it looks like the red are racing together!!

  • too fast xD

  • where can i get notes for songs like these besides you tube i want to print them out

  • Ill give you a hint. Try using triplets....

  • @Rpkist77 agreed.

  • @Rpkist77

Hey dumbass, it doesn't matter if it sounds the same

Read as: It's harder to play triplets

  • @lalamonkeydude A) It doesn't sound the same, and B) Triplets would in fact be easier.

  • @Rpkist77

Yes, I thought about what I said and realized that I had just failed at making a troll attempt, then realized it wasn't a troll attempt it was my own stupidity at the moment, sorry lol

  • @Rpkist77 whats a triplet? im still in beginner band...:/

  • @justynickel72 Divide a measure in 3 equal parts. That's a triplet. :)

  • @justynickel72 A triplet is played for 2/3 the duration of a non triplet. The easiest way to think about it though is like this: three triplets take up the space of 2 non-triplets. 3 triplet 1/8 notes takes up only 2/8 worth of duration in a measure. To be precise, a triplet 1/8 note takes up 1/12 note of duration. That however, is totally bogus in music; 1/12 notes don't exist! Anyway, hope that helps somewhat

  • @adognamedsally Even easier, 3 even notes in a beat.

  • @adognamedsally that not the easiest way to think of a triplet, it confused me and i know what a triplet is. by the way your wrong too a triplet is a quarter note divided into three equal beats, and why are you going on about non triplets you can say quarter notes hun i'm sure panerudepon knows what they are

  • @neverWOAHoh Well yeah... however it is more general than that. For example, a quintuplet grouping of sixteenth notes is played over the duration of 1 eighth note. A triplet grouping of eighth notes is played over the duration of a single quarter note. along this line of logic, a 32nd note grouping is played over the space of a single 16th note, and so on.

  • @neverWOAHoh Also, non-triplets just refers to regular eighth notes, which I used for the sake of clarity. One last thing though as well; I like to think about the actual duration of the note (in fractions or decimals or whatever) just so that I can definitively say how long a note should be, even if it is unintuitive and pretty much useless when going to play a piece.

  • @adognamedsally

Non-tripleted notes to allow a better distinction on timing, but not the tune.If you were trying a greater clarity of the timing you'd need more than semi-quavers. If there is the tiniest difference in length you'd need to show it in demi's or even hemi's. Not to mention still tripleted in the tune that is supposed to come out, no matter how the sheet music is written out.

So at the least it should be same length notes of joined demi semi's to hemi's. But it's not neccesary.

  • @adognamedsally That's a very limited, complicated explanation. You have to keep in mind that different time signatures exist (3/2 3/4 5/4 6/8 7/8 etc.) So explaining what a triplet is using fractions can create a lot of confusion. However, your explanation works perfectly for 4/4 time signature, which this song is in. A triplet is basically splitting a division of the measure into three equal parts ("division of measure" meaning a whole, half, quarter, eighth, and so on.)

  • @JEWong47 Well, along that line of thought, what is a quarter note except for a note which spans the duration of one fourth of a standard measure? Why should referring to other, odd-groupings fractionally be any different? The whole of music pedagogy assumes that 4/4 is standard.

  • @adognamedsally Because a quarter note is not "one fourth of a standard measure". That's why the American names don't make any sense (in Europe it's called a Crochet), because the quarter note doesn't have a standard size. If the song is in 2/4 then a quarter note is half of the measure. If the song is 6/8 then the quarter note is 1/3rd of the measure.

The only reason it's called a quarter note is because it is 1/4 of a whole note.

  • @Wolfan00 Well, I don't believe that that disproves what I said. The whole system is an arbitrary assignment of divisions. It's all relative at some point. However, the standard is 4/4 (I can't emphasize this enough), hence it is called 'common time,' and often notated with a capital C where the time signature goes. A whole note spans the entire duration of a measure written is standard meter (not subjective here; 4/4 is a standard meter; 4/4 = standard).

  • @Wolfan00 Note names come from their relation to a standard measure.

  • crap quality. you should show the whol thing. got lost.

  • Awesome :) Ur Just Great ;)

  • TATATARARARATATA!!

  • what program is this?

  • Look at ninsheetmusic for a better sheet music!

  • i love the Song

  • pretty much all the notes on the bass are a painon the t bone theyre either to high or to low

  • When i play this on piano, it sounds kinda boring. It needs more notes eg. multiple notes played with each hand. anyways.

  • CHIDO VASTANTE REAL

  • @theskank64 MAybe because the next note is an e flat or possibly an e sharp (F) or maybe they think that an f-flat sounds cooler than an e natural IDK THat is what i think plus the key signiture can be a big factor

  • @theskank64 C-flat major or A-flat minor without delving into theoretical keys.

  • @theskank64 that would be an e natural

  • this song is great

  • this is zelda i know it for sure

  • wtf? this isnt zelda..i swear ive heard this on pokemon before DX
