@X1KittyKitty1X Well basically, all the Haruka series & ovas have the same concept with the miko, 8 hachiyous & time traveling etc. but they're all DIFFERENT in terms of story & characters. None of the Haruka 1, 2, 3 or 4 have anything to do with each other. This one is still an anime but just in an ova form, not as a whole 3+ episode series. The first Haruka is the only one that was made into a full series, while the others were adapted into ovas for some reason (they're its spinoffs). :(

@X1KittyKitty1X Like I mentioned, they are all unrelated to each other, so it doesn't really matter which one you watch first. What does matter is the specific series (for example, Haruka 3) 1st episode/ova and/or movie that should be watched first and so on. For Haruka 3, this is the first episode/ova. There's an episode 2/ova after this, called "Harukanaru Toki no Naka de 3 ~Owarinaki Unmei~ ". After that one there hasn't been any new releases for Haruka 3 yet. So I Hope that helped. ^^

@K0K0555 You forgot the Dan no Ura finale eped on the Owarinaki Unmei DVD. That was said to be the final animation for HaruToki 3, but will probably be the last one anyhow since the Miko's seiyuu Kawakami Tomoko passed away in June.=(
@X1KittyKitty1X If you haven't played the game or seen any events/heard any of the events or drama CDs Kurenai no Tsuki is a bit confusing since it begins on their journey to Kumano after meeting the last Hachiyou Hinoe and reuniting with Masaomi. In the game that's Chapter 3 or 4 but it's significant because its the place Nozomi returns to later in the ep and the game.
I'm sorry i wish i could upload Haruka toki 2 but it hasn't been subbed yet. Plus my friend has it uploaded on megupload already but it's only in French. If you still want to watch it then i can give you the link on your profile.
Also the continuation for this OVA is another OVA which also hasn't been subbed yet. If you want to see the raw episode then let me know. =)
