a fan of gundam that decides to make his own opening for hathaway's flash. And Gundam Age sucks because while Gundam were meant for teens and adults Sunrise got greedy is attempting to make Gundam into a kiddie show. I watched the first ep and it's just plain bs. Instead of reporting to the base commander, he reports his findings to his teacher?! What kind of stupid logic is that if he's so smart to develop a MS??

After they finish Unicorn Gundam they should do this. It pretty much put's to a close the early Universal Century conflicts before we move into Gundam F91 and Victory Gundam terroritory.

@Comangeit Sadly since all non Tomino UC work is considered non canon by the Gundam overlords, Hathaway will more than likely not get an anime adaptation. And now Gundam THE ORIGIN is coming next year alongside AGE. Gundam fatigue here we come...

@Digimonking101 Well you see back in the 90's and by extension in the 00's in the states Toei wanted to capitakize on G and Wing's success and released X, Turn A, possibly SDG and other major gundam projects very quickly, but by then the network and poor ratings screwed over X and canned it. Same with 0079 in the states whom was sadly too old for the mainstream Toonami audience and didn't follow Wing's formula. That and an overload of unsold G toys as well as SEED's failure led to Gundam fatique

@aliastheabnormal LOL overload of unsold G toys and Seed figures? Do u know how much revenue Sunrise got from the Seed series? It's higher than any other gundam series. I'm not saying Seed is a good series, which is not, but let me tell you this, Seed is what brought gundam back into mainstream, as well as new fanbase.Trust me, Gundam is not died, infact it's become larger than before.

@Digimonking101 In which basically mainstream people got tired of Gundam, just like Pokemon and Power rangers, the fad died. It still had a stable loyal fanbase but most people moved on to Naruto and Bleach. AGE is a very good anime and i'm just worried that people will get tired of Gundam in the states, anime is already on life support and we don't need another Naruto in the states, And captain Wudar is a magnificent bastard of the Lelouch Lamperouge level.

@aliastheabnormal The mainstream that you're talking about is just a small portion of the big picture. The target market for Naruto is extremely different than that of Gundams, that's why the anime is doing well not just in the states, but in America as well. Naruto and Bleach's story and style suits most of the viewers in America, but in Asia, the market for anime has a much wider age range, that's why Gundam is still around, and doing good. Life support for Gundam? I don't think so.

@Comangeit Actually Hathaway's flash is based on the novel form of CCA which is considered non canon by Tomino. On another note those sketch effects would be great ways to illustrate the newtype ghost dialouges that Amuro had with Lalah among others.
