ignoramus, one thing is having a province officially belonging to a state, and another is when you have control over that province. not whatsoever. Yeah, you are right - on paper Kosovo is part of Serbia and it may stay like that for 1000 years.... but on groudn it is not and it will never be. Simply because, Serbs can't populate that area...even during S.M re-setlemnt programme ("povratnici") this coudln't be achived. As Albaninas in Kosvo would say "Sprsko, a nase" :)

But that doesn't mean Kosovo is now Albanian. Albania is Albanian, Kosovo is Serbian. You are the one that is ignorant.
