  • Very very cool pc !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Helloo guyzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

  • sorry, meant to say everything else is fan based, only Processors and CPU is liquid-cooled

  • Just because it is liquid cooled doesnt mean it does not give off heat, only Processors and CPUs are liquid cooled to a prevent critical systems failure (Meltdowns) and everything else if has a fan-based cooling system

  • witch alienware should i get alienware aurora or alienware aurora alx or alienware area 51 or alienware area 51 alx i just wanted to know is the choice to pick

  • @NightpredatorX Alienware Aurora, not ALX. The only difference between the two is what parts you can upgrade it with. The ALX has those fins that open and close, but they actually don't make a difference when it comes to heat. Several PC review sites have confirmed that. Plus, the only customization that the Aurora does not have is the higher end graphics cards.

At the end of the day, 2,333 dollars base price for the system with an i7-920 is a rip off. Your basically paying for the case.

  • you don't know what to do with it??? JUST GIVE IT TO ME!!!

  • i have an aurora too.. when you crossfired it.. did u use the extra power pins that werent used or did u use something else pls help.. and what else did you do to make crossfire work?? amd does the cards over heat???

  • shudda bout the cheap priced version of aurora and upgraded it on your own.. but still its a beastie machine lol

  • Whats the best alien ware pc now?

  • be proud of your accent! i love it!

  • there comes no heat out of it because it's liquid cooled

  • how loud is it while playing games/ intense apps?

  • i cant see nothing in there ~_~'

  • you sound drunk man

  • I going to get one of these beasts. But got a question. Are Dual 5670 graphic gards enough to play world of warcraft and mayby a new fps game in about 2-3 years? I know that i got to uppgrade it sometime but is it worth to start with?

  • @addradus123 yea it is enuf even if the whole computer is downgraded i bet it could

  • 1:32. i was like: BE GENTLE, DONT HURT IT!!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • why dont you just build your own computer dells sucks

  • Yes first coment

  • Man i remember when i got my alx....i stayed up all night waiting for it to arrive the day it was apposed to.

  • Actually building your own pc of this same caliber is not that much cheaper. Plus its very easy to screw up. Does the pc you built have liquid cooling? No than should up 66metal

  • rip off.. haha build a 10x better pc for like $500 less

  • @66Metalforlife66 Guess you never pass math you retard 10x better eh? the new processors from intel r 1k. Damn kid

  • @66Metalforlife66 Alienware tends to be only about $150-$200 more than building it yourself. Which if you think about it, all the work is done for you by professionals who know what they are doing and you also get a unique chassis you can't find @ tigerdirect or newegg. Alienwares are awesome :)

  • @Agownsrs2 And also the possibility to use DELL on site warranty. What I find is a rip off is comparing the ALIENWARE with the XPS9000. The same components cost you almost twice with the Alienware.

  • @cinqo7

its because the alienware is shmexy :3

  • @66Metalforlife66 You'd think so, but i customized a computer on new egg, with all the same parts peices and it ended up being 600-700 dollars more.

  • @Dillski09 dell prolly has a deal with intel and ati to give em discounts ;)

  • How much did u pay for it? can u message me every spec please

  • how much would the aurora cost with dual ati radeon in crossfire mode and 6gb of RAM? sorry my pc knowledge isn't that good

  • Nice Computer!

  • does anyone know if alienware will offer this pc with the new nvidia 400 series of graphics cards?

  • @pisobarz i really dont know but their Geforce GTX 295 is their most powerful graphics card!

  • RAZER!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • you dont have an accent >:O

  • nico bellic not nike bellic but we no wat u mean lol

  • actually u got it wrong again its Niko Bellic not Nico Bellic :P

  • THat is the rawr of it Awakening

  • me want one

  • hey,

is the i7 cpu 920 good enough ? with kombination atis hd 5870 single grafikkart ? or cpu i7 950 with chip takt 3.06 ghz...

or dual ati hd 5770 ?

which kombination is the best ?

  • @angelheart789456

dude if u just watch this video and thinking that you want on, think carefully. build it urself, u can get the same performance for a lot lower price. it's not hard. i'm not gonna write an essay on why because i'll get so many hates from these alienware fan boys that think they bought a super computer and really it's a piece of shit for a wad of cash.

  • ok thank you for your komment

  • @angelheart789456

just a tip if you don't feel like building your computer. watch out for dell deals. I got 400$ off my Aurora when I bought it and I upgraded from a gts240 to a 5870 for only 75$. Anyway, to answer your question and i7 920 with a single 5870 is better than a i7 950 with dual 5770. I you want more power from your i7 920, just overclock it yourself.(don't overclock it from Alienware, it's a waste of money)

  • @habowh43 you lose the warranty though, so if you fuck up when overclocking youre screwed :(

  • @TyTaxiCab but if you know what you are doing, it's fraeking easy overclocking it to 3.2 GHz. (with 1333mem and i7920: CPU 160x20; mem. 160x8

  • You sound a bit like Nike Bellic from GTA IV xD which is cool.

    5/5

    btw Alienware RULEZ !

  • nike? bellic lol

  • @LAZrailkapinda its Nico bellic not nike

  • ok I agree with you there. You are right, though overclocking will still give you a frame or 2 more. But its not really worth it. You are correct

  • why wouldn't you is a better question. Overclocking has amazing benefits even with a small overclock. sure it lessens the cpu life but only by about half a year at the most. By the time your cpu dies it will be time for a new one anyway.

  • love it the pc is shit hot alienware is king

  • mines came last friday

  • man i prefer to customize one if u do it ur self it could be faster

  • @missionkid

i dont think u can change the colour of the keyboard unless u got the tactx keyboard. i think the aurora comes with the standard keyboard

  • @AznUnboxer good thing i got the tactx keyboard lol

  • hey dudes i got my alienware aurora and i was so dumb i installed windows 7 os that came with in a disc with the desktop but everything was already installed do you think i fucked it up pretty bad? everything seems to be working now but when i did it at first everything got deleted but i put some stuff back like alienware command center also how do i light uo the keyboard thanks?

  • mines gonna be here in to weeks future pc spec is+= aurora Alx i7 920 3.2ghz overclocked 9ghb DDR3 dual 5870 :)

  • does anyone recommend having it pre-overclocked by Dell? owners of this exact computer let me know. is it possible to overclock to 3.2 by yourselves? thanks nice vid by the way.

  • If you're willing to spend a little extra money for the overclocked go ahead.

And you can overclock it yourself but there is a risk of damaging the parts.

  • not really. with most new mobos there is an auto-overclocking feature. you enter the frequency you want and it changes the fsb, voltages, etc. accordingly. Its foolproof as well because it warns you if the overclock you want is too high beforehand. I have my i7 920 at 3.6 ghz no problem at all.

  • Oh really?

Ok so how did you get the processor to 3.6?

Can you tell me what settings you changed and to what level?

  • it was very easy. My multiplier maxes out at 18x so I set it to that. I then changed my fsb to 200mhz and voila 3.6 ghz.. My computer then automatically raised my voltages to match. It put my Vcore at 1.45V which I changed to 1.5V just to be on the safe side. That was it.

  • it cost so much :O:O

  • Like...1.5k lol

  • WOW!!!!!! i received an email from alienware today saying my system is shipped, i ordered on 1/9 and it shipped today !!!!! that's fast service.

  • There's a difference between being shipped and being delivered to your door....

  • you r correct!!!! how ever i got mine yesterday.

  • @refhat1 i ordered mine on the 17 and it is scheduled to get here feb 9th

  • Nice!!!!!! what did you order AREA 51 or Aurora ?

  • @refhat1 The Aurora But i customized it pretty nice because there was a huge sale that day :)

  • @refhat1 Look at the title. Kthxbye.

  • I ordered mine on the 10th of December and it came on monday, but it broke the second time I turned it on it should be fixed by friday though.....

  • @Amunication Broke in what way? And how was customer service?

  • The motherboard was faulty, and it was actually fixed by thursday so the customer service was quite good.

  • I ordered mine on Saturday est shipping on 29th Alienware Aurora Chassis, 875W PSU

    Overclocked Intel Core i7 920 3.2GHz

    9GB Triple Channel 1333Mhz DDR3

    Dual ATI Radeon HD 5870, 2GB GDDR5

    640GB - SATA-II 3Gb/s 7200RPM

    Windows 7 Home Premium, 64bit

    4 Year Limited Warranty

    Total:$2,618.09

  • the case is horrible!!!!...alienbullshit

  • dude why dont u like the case?

  • i order it how much days u waited

  • Nice set up mate thanks for saying about them lights they help me alot

  • very very nice=)

  • freaking tiny XD

  • hello guyssssssssssssssssss

  • How is it on browsing speed? And did you test it out on a high end game for graphics, like fps.

  • How long did it take to ship?

  • roughly about 10-11 bus. days but max. estimated was 3-4 weeks for my system.

  • Thanks, that was reassuring to hear having ordered this Monday at an estimated delivery time of 3 weeks.

  • We have same computer desk :D, BTW, Ty for review, it helped me pick, but how did you only get for 2000? On the website it says 2,299 for just stock, and 500 extra for the dual radeons.

  • 2,299 is the ALX version, i got the non ALX which is 1,299.

  • @blehhhhh2009 You got the aurora

  • So having I7 920 2.66GHz with 2 dual graphic card is good? because some times i wonder if its worth getting i7 960 3.03GHz?

    oh and nice review bro

  • hey man how much did yours cost?

  • 2000 us dollars :)

  • Yeah, I kinda agree. Should have just been a visual overview, not a review.

  • I just got the stock card that came with the case. Geforce 260 GTX 1.8 GB. Please note the only think I changed in the configuration was the ram. I went from 3 to 12GB. Plus my monitor resolution it set to 1680x1050.

  • ooh my gooood that pc is awesome alx is just better but its too expensive.... =[

  • good review on this PC! I just got mine last week and it rocks. 90fps on Modern Warfare 2.

  • i got a average 185fps on modern warfare 2 my setting is 1920x1080 on my monitor...that what dual cards use for :P

  • Now that is sweet! I will have to wait for a while before I can get 2 vid cards in my rig!

  • dudes remember you monitors probably only gona get 60 to 80 frames a second anyway, plus 8 fps make an animation and blu ray discs play at 60fps.... not saying 185fps is bad but really seems over kill unless you use a super high def monitor and a few of them at that, a card that good seems way more than what you need........ that being said my 4850 gets 250fps in a few or my older games

  • I would like to correct one of my comments from before. My Samsung T260 HDTV moniter is currently set to 1920x1200 and i get an average of 90ftp on the stock video card!

  • @blehhhhh2009 good thing i got dual than huh
