When you work, you can pay for many things you didn't have before. Many of these things are non-crucial, only we forget that once we take them for granted. You have no idea how stupid this will sound to you in 10 or 20 years. Your time is invaluable and no business can compensate you sufficiently for the life you give. Plus, you give your mind too, your soul goes as the company directs you. Being flexible means do it my way. Problem is, there will always be a few bottom smoochers who will do whatever it takes... which is usually too expensive in the long run...
