Clayton and his drops....here we go again.

johnson would have started 17/18 without the drops. his first interception was actually an amazing throw, put in the only spot where the ball couldn't have been picked off. the other ones were just throws he didnt step into (being blitzed every play didin't help

clayton needs to go, but im pissed about us signing Figurs after we worked matt jones out. one of my buddies said that Figurs and Freeman were best friends in college. sign the best man for the job, not your first round pick's buddies

clayton should be benched. he had oppurtunities to catch the ball and he failed, he needs to be benched. I think sammie stroughter is a good reciever, hes better than clayton, but i agree wih you this will be a bad season for the bucs. at least they will have a good pick in the draft so they can hopefully get a good player.

things that stood out to me:

I saw where some people were complaining about josh throwing off his back foot, but he couldn't step up to throw since mahan did his best impersonation of a turnstile.

I realize the Bucs were down, but when do you have a guy making his 2nd career start throw 50 passes?

oh, I almost forgot, Clayton should be benched

Same here, clayton costed us big time, I doubt he will be a Buccaneer past next season. Winslow worked way to hard just to lose, we should of scored 5 times, but the receivers coudnt get the job done, oh well.

I agree, Old School. We had the same problem last year with our Red Zone offense. JJ is a great QB and he is adjusting well here and I have hopes for him. If you have yet, listen to the interview that TJ Reed, from Bucs radio had with K2. Winslow didnt sound happy to be a Buc today. He played his ass off and for nothing. I think that K2 fits better here than in Cleveland. I'm not giving up on The Bucs but they need to start playing like NFL players of today and not of 1976

K2 should be pissed...but no more so then the rest of the team when his drops screwed us. Teams win and teams lose. Quite often, individuals are up and down in both events. Get mad but more importantly, use it to get better and to make those around you better. That is what you call leadership.

M. Clayton can't catch a cold and cost us several times. Nice to see Winslow play well. I did think we played with some heart and maybe we can make it happen against Carolina!

Giants game sucked. This game did not. Not for what it was.

our stats this game proved we could do something, but 5 journeys inside the 25, and only 1 score, and 4 turnovers, come on, we had all the reasons to win this game and we didnt. I also respect the fact that the Giants down right beat us but it would of been nice to atleast score that game lol. Atleast were getting our money's worth in K2 hes playing very well, aside from mabye a couple droped balls but everyone does, AB and M80 just did it at the wrong times....
