@only1musicgurl If you are homeschooled you definitely have to make sure that you are getting adequate amounts of fresh air, sunshine & exercise. Your blood carries fresh oxygen around to your muscles, organs & tissue. If you're not exercising it is only natural your mood will become stagnant & depressed. Look online for yoga techniques. Make sure your mom gets you onto a sports team so you can interact with other children as well as exercise.

Join, or start a club which interests you.

@uberfriponne Own it.... once you own it and its yours, it is also yours to do what you wish with. I have done some things in the past. Which I wish I could have done differently. Instead of killing myself for my wrongs, I volunteer & help others.

If you did something to mess up your life or someone else's, volunteer and help 10 people for every 1 u hurt. I PROMISE you'll feel better, and its much more constructive than self hate. Sing to cancer kids for christmas. Read to the elderly etc

subconcious because it does not have the ability to pick and choose which information to store. It's like a producer it takes theinformation that it's feed and create who you are. So if we constantly feed our minds with negative thinking or messages then our subconcious takes that same info. with out discrimination and manifest it in us. It does the same with positive info.. I think the theory that you're thinking of is called negative mental programming. For example, if your parents constantly told you that you were messy and disorganized, you may still operate subconsciously to obey these earlier commands. You start to believe the things that are constantly said to you and it effects the way that you see yourself, your world, and relate to other people.
