That was a really good film. Only thing is that maybe you should slow down on the camera shakes, not to fast but thats my opinion. Really good film though!
Whoever was the DoP was excellent. That shot at 2:35 was bravo! The use of the 90" rule to depict the lack superioirity and the saturation to creat emotion. A true inspiration.
Nice Job! I like it. DSLS's are good in low light situation, but next time try to use at least 2 point lights on your scenes (back light and a soft key light). It will give you a better look.
oh it was about since his wife went crazy he needs to deal with it and try to connect with her somewhat. and love has its trials as stressful as this and you just have to put up with it if you love the person. great story man, and great cinematography and love what you did with the color correction.
Brilliant! I've become a huge fan as of late. You should think about posting "making of" or tutorial style videos as well even if you post them on another channel to separate media.
@Catris19 ok so she is scitzo and she keeps seeing someone in the house and i think it was the preist because it was a character in there life that sharred a eqaul inportance and also he is trying to save his marriage so maybe somhow the preist is symbolic because he was there when they got married.
That was really cool! I love the whole idea of a crazy man in the house. The only thing I do want to critique is the ending which was a bit weak. I recon the ending would of been better if the mystery of who this man was remained that way or if the crazy man wore a mask
This was good. I was both impressed and disappointed with the cinematography. Around 2:12 you broke the 180 rule and it was very jarring. And the overwhelming camera jitter did NOT work for me. But the color correction and overall camera placement was really good. I'm usually not a fan of your color correction (or excessive color correction in general) because I feel that it makes film unrealistic, but this was both film-like and natural, and warm. The husband was a pretty good actor. 7/10
nice cinematography, i like the pull focus/shallow focus shots
