Lan! 1:07'e bakın, Türk Sanat Müziği çalıyor! Vay beah. <3 beatles! Lennon'ın hasta ruhlu bir beyni var cidden, böyle zeka ötesi bir şey yapmak için... White Album rulez!
The Beatles used tape loops and found sounds starting on Revolver. This piece is one of the cornerstones of their of their whole output because it is composed solely of the type of musical ideas used for embellishment on Tomorrow Never Knows, Yellow Submarine, I Am the Walrus, Strawberry Fields etc.
I understand the sounds and the wierdness to an extent even if it shouldn't have any meaning whatsoever. But the fact that its titled "REVOLUTION 9", Everything thrown in is something that could be happening during a revolution?
Like the girl's voice, screaming, applause... and people who are scarred could hear all the overlaping sounds and echo's and just go insane. It could be like inside the head of someone who had shellshock or something of the sort.
So even if they WERE high and just putting things together, they still had some sort of idea for creativity. It wasn't just all "Haaa Yoko, we should all put random sounds together"
... I still don't understand the constant "Number Nine" however... other than the fact that it.. Turns him on. ^_~
Yep, and you can actually find it on The White Album by the Beatles its one of the last few tracks. Played backwards it is supposed to give some clues to the "Paul McCartney is Dead" hoax.
I do not consider this a song. I can barely get myself to call it music. This video makes it slightly more listenable, though, so thank you.

What is the point of this song? I'm a beatles fan and they've made some weird crap like this song and blue jay way and even sound creepoer backwards!

Who are you to decide what is music and what isn't?

Maybe not to you. You MUST have an open mind to really get it. I wouldn't call it a song, but a composition.

Number Nine came from a demo tape that John repeated a bunch of times.
