Three of my Marines died over there and numerous people have sent me dedications and tributes that never came close to what runs through my head. On a sleepless night i come across this and I have to say "Thank You" from the families of my fallen brothers. This video is enough to bring tears to my eyes and makes me remember everything I did for this country and the fine men and women that support us

Thank you for your selfless service! My husband has been deployed to Iraq twice and to Bosnia. He has been serving proudly in the US Army for 13 yrs now. We have been together for 6 years, married 5 yrs and through last 2 deployments together. This song inspired me to look up the Soldier's prayer and make this video. I am proud of my husband.

No matter who you are or where you are from you certainly have a great respect for the United States Military and everything we do. I have been spit on twice and called a murderer countless times and each time it takes my darling wife to be there to prevent something worse from happening. Military wives are as hard as granite and without you women well I would be lost I don't know about the rest of us

No, it is not the real name. In the beginning I explain the song and singer. The song refers to Psalm 90 the soldier's prayer.

The song is by Steven Curtis Chapman, and is called "Soldier" this song is on the songtrack album of "We were Soldiers" with Mel Gibson.
