Yeah, stay away from Fring unless you like loads of spam in your inbox. Fring is basically a spamming service and you CAN'T unregister.

I don't think I would trust them with all of my passwords and personal data.

Nah, I didn't work on my iTouch. Couldn't get pass registration password issues. Always got an error message. (shrug)

you are lucky, I have registered an account with fring and now I cant even delete my account!!

And now I'm stuck with spams being sent to my msn messenger account with no way to erase my account details on fring's site. Thank you very much fring.
