  • I've lived in Georgia most of my life and I couldn't agree more with Maher. In fact, I'd say he's being a little too kind.

  • I have lived in Tennessee most of my life and Bill Maher nailed it. The South is full of stupid people.

  • That last ad was really stupid.

Everybody knows the truly ignorant in that State support Auburn, and their mouths would burst into flame if they said "Roll Tide"!

  • I love this. We've entered a new era where mocking science doesn't do anything but make a candidate look like a total idiot.

  • Fernando!

  • Bradley Byrne believes the sky is blue??? - Dumb ass lib

  • Arrrrgh... My skin crawls from just seeing that fake Atheist conservative whore S. E. Cupp.

  • @baldurus1 I can't stand her. Yet she's so hot. It makes me even angrier.

  • @TheBadhaggis you are fucking retarded. Look at the miller-urey experiment.

  • @prielazybones You look at it asswipe! They produced one amino acid and the byproducts that they also produced would have killed that amino acid if they hadn't isolated it! You jerkoff wannabe "scientists" sure don't know shit about biochemistry or genetics! Now go pick the fleas off your mate you monkey!

  • @TheBadhaggis One amino acid? After Miller's death in 2007, scientists examining sealed vials preserved from the original experiments were able to show that there were actually well over 20 different amino acids produced in Miller's original experiments. That is considerably more than what Miller originally reported, and more than the 20 that naturally occur in life

  • @prielazybones Bullshit! Whoever told you that is a stone liar! Besides, even if they did produce "well over 20 amino acids, there are only 21 amino acids dipshit so how "well over" can you get?! You're not only an idiot, you're a liar too! You haven't read the entire account either! They didn't introduce oxygen into their "experiment" which would have killed anything trying to form and the pitch bi-product would have killed them too...go fishing...I'm sure you must be good at something!

  • @prielazybones Hey dipshit! Whoever fiddled with the alleged sealed vials from the Miller-Urey "experiment" most likely put the extra amino acids in there or knew about as much about science as you. If there had been more the original "experiment" would have shown them. Besides, the original amino acid broke down soon after forming..Oh, and just to remind you monkey, there are 21 amino acids not "20"...you are a fucking idiot and liar! Stop posting here and pester someone else who gives a ..

  • Respond to this video...one more thing Einstein! The entire Miller-Urey experiment is so lame most people don't even talk about it anymore! They forgot to include oxygen in their experiment which was present at the alleged time that all this "evolution crap" you talk about was taking place...oops! With oxygen in the story they couldn't even have produced that one amino acid! Now go back to picking the fleas off your mates ass you monkey!

  • @TheBadhaggis 'they forgot to include oxygen' well actually water contains one oxygen and two hydrogen atoms, so you can fuck right off you uneducated moron.

  • @prielazybones Hey "uneducated moron", why don't you fuck off you wanna be "scientist" asshole! The water had nothing to do with the formation of the amino acid formed! The original "experiment" intentionally left oxygen out of the atmosphere (where the formation took place) because it is a reducing agent and would have immediately oxidized any organic material attempting formation..so you FUCK OFF IDIOT! This is the reason most credible scientists today disclaim this "experiment" as flawed.

  • @TheBadhaggis The entire premise of your argument is wrong. Bacteria in the early oceans were able to separate water into hydrogen and oxygen, this separation still takes place in photosynthetic organisms today. Using the energy of the sun, they break the water molecules apart and use the hydrogen to create organic compounds like carbohydrates, leaving oxygen behind as a by-product. The monomers that make up oligo- or polynucleotides such as RNA existed before an oxygen rich atmosphere.

  • @prielazybones "In later tests, researchers have been able to isolate even more different amino acids, 25 altogether. Professor Bada has estimated that more accurate measurements could easily bring out 30 or 40 more amino acids in very low concentrations" Citation: BBC: The Spark of Life. TV Documentary, BBC 4, 26 August 2009. Go look it up for yourself.

  • @prielazybones Who made those early Bacteria?

  • @TheBadhaggis They made themselves. Simple chemicals -> polymers -> replicating polymers -> hypercycle -> protobiont -> bacteria

  • @prielazybones Hey FUCK HEAD! You brainless moron! Why don't you study the experiment before making such asinine comments? Miller's reaction (ie where the amino acids were formed) took place in the atmosphere with O2...the H2O was boiling in a flask creating water vapor, but the O2 in the atmosphere would have oxidized any organic molecules before his COOLING SYSTEM had a chance to separate them from the rest of the mix as it was rerun through the closed system...if he had O2, no amino acids!

  • @TheBadhaggis Simple chemicals -> polymers -> replicating polymers -> hypercycle -> protobiont -> bacteria. No requirement for O2. No O2 in the miller-urey experiment. No O2 in the early atmosphere when abiogenesis occurred. What was your point again? Oh, I'm a douchebag for utilizing my brain? Don't worry, I'll excuse the electrical firestorm going on in your head, evolution requires variation, your gnomish sized brain proves this hypotheses. This just in: TheBadhaggis's brain proves evolution

  • @prielazybones Obviously you cannot read and your mommy most likely wrote this for you because you know absolutely noting about the original "experiment" you fucking monkey-brained idiot! The Miller-Urey experiment intentionally left Oxygen out of the alleged primal atmosphere because they knew that if the primeval at atmosphere had oxygen, it would have destroyed any amino acid or any other organic material immediately...just like your organic brain rotted from exposure to oxygen...sorry!

  • @prielazybones I have looked at the Miller experiment. Obviously you haven't. But then you think you're descended from monkeys too...oops!...sorry...great apes....BULL SHIT! I think maybe you are proof of "evolution" though...your father had sex with a horse and had an ass for a son...now go out and fuck a frog so we can keep the evolutionary chain moving on!

  • It's a little odd how they cut the original attack ad short right after the "partially true" part but the ad still gets its idiotic message across. What better way to win an election than by performing a perfect example of Poe's Law.

  • George Bush banged Al Gore and made Bill Maher the God hating lover of homosexuality that he is today...did Maher graduate from the same high school?

  • Um, infpdarling I hate to break it to you, but religious freedom has nothing to do with freedom of speech. Ridiculing christians doesn't prevent you from being a christian or practicing your religion. Are you suggesting people shouldn't be allowed to make fun of stupid belief systems that have no proof at all? Are you really advocating fascism? Doesn't surprise me, coming from a christian. If christians weren't so retarded we wouldn't have anything to make fun of them about.

  • @glibglabgloob You must have graduated from the same high school mentioned in this add...after repeating the 9th grade 10 times, the 11th grade 15 times and then they just got sick of your dumb ass and gave you a diploma just to get rid of your ass hoping that you would demonstrate your expertise of the English language on YouTube one day and prove to the world that you believe that every living organism on earth came from rocks! Where did you think those chemicals came from in the pool?

  • @TheBadhaggis '' you believe that every living organism on earth came from rocks!'' Nobody believes living organisms came from rocks. Just go read a freaking science book, it ain't a sin to get informed!

  • @Reasonwillwin Hey, dip shit! Where the fuck do you think all the chemicals came from that made up your evolutionary primal life? The chemicals could only have leached from the rocks so you are not descended from monkeys even if you might look like one...you're descended from a fucking rock!...now you go pick up a book on biochemistry and start studying your little rock ass off and maybe one day you may evolve into something with some intelligence...you're an asshole!

  • @TheBadhaggis ''Hey, dip shit!'' '' Where the fuck'' ''you are not descended from monkeys even if you might look like one'' ''you're descended from a fucking rock!'' '' your little rock ass off'' ''you're an asshole!'' So that's the christian way huh? What ever happened to turn the other cheek? Your understanding of biological science is so freaking laughable. Life comes from amino acids doofus, not rocks. The rocks had nothing to do with abiogenesis.

  • @Reasonwillwin It's just too hard to ignore such an indoctrinated monkey as yourself. Where did the amino acids come from my monkey friend? Obviously the chemicals that supposedly make up amino acids came from the chemicals leeched off of the rocks...that is unless your monkey mind can comprehend an omnipotent God that spoke everything into existence just like it's recorded in the Bible. You are a decedent of a rock whether you want tot admit it or not and now have evolved into a monkey...

  • @Reasonwillwin Who said I was a Christian? I would love to turn the other cheek after I kick your dumb ass! It doesn't take a Christian to see how lame Darwinian Evolutionary Theory is! It's dip shits like you who stick you nose up the professor's ass to get a good grade and believe all the propaganda they push down your gaping pie hole! Explain chemical evolution and then maybe you can start up the ladder from there but you wise asses that make comments on this page are too damned stupid!

  • @TheBadhaggis Nothing more retarded than kicking ass threats, you're making yourself look like a freaking mental patient. Do you really think I'm going to waste my time trying to explain Nucleosynthesis to you? Fuck that, it's not my fault you slacked during highschool. Get a science book and read it dipshit.

  • @Reasonwillwin "kicking ass promises" are no worse than "nucleosynthesis"...are you trying to say "abiogenesis" here? Where did you attend school so I can warn people away. Stick with your "nucleosynthesis" and you will eventually arrive at the "Big Bang Theory" which most of you evolutionists support which would be closer to what the Bible says happened than anything you have said to date. Even Einstein professed to being a "Deist" and he was way more intelligent than you will ever be!

  • @TheBadhaggis ''Even Einstein professed to being a "Deist" and he was way more intelligent than you will ever be!'' Good, Einstein had religious beliefs, who gives a fuck? '' "Big Bang Theory" which most of you evolutionists support which would be closer to what the Bible says happened '' Yeah the big bang theory is exactly like a magical being making the world out of his super powers in six days. Seriously get back to school you fucking joke.

  • @Reasonwillwin At least with the Biblical Story you have an initiator for the "Big Bang" and intelligence behind it to make it so precise. Also, with the Biblical Story the Christians have something to look forward to after having to live with a bunch of fucking idiot monkeys all their lives! What do you have to look forward to monkey? You are just a piece of meat that can supposedly think and when you die you just rot away to nothing...kind of like your brain has already done!

  • @TheBadhaggis ''you are not descended from monkeys'' I agree, and evolutionary biology agrees too! Homo sapiens are the descendents of great apes as proven by the fossil record and extensive research on genetics. Seriously, get informed.

  • @Reasonwillwin Your fossil record does not show any "great ape" ancestor to homo sapien...all lies spoon fed to your small mind by a bunch of God hating liberals who call themselves scientists and philosophers. Monkeys make monkeys; "great apes" create "great apes"; homo sapiens make homo sapiens...it's in the fossil record if you don't use your Richard Dawkin's glasses to read it..

  • @Reasonwillwin The fossil record has proven nothing with regards to transitional forms from one species to a completely different species which Darwinian Evolution demands...monkeys, great apes, whatever...homo sapiens are not decended from anything other than homo sapiens. The extensive research in genetics has proven nothing with regard to evolution other than to show that cell mutation is caused by removing information, not adding information...do some research yourself and see...

  • @TheBadhaggis ''The chemicals could only have leached from the rocks'' We are the descendents of a single cell that emerged from amino acids (Of which the origin is debatable). Saying that we come from rocks because the amino acids might have been associated with rocks is like saying you're the son of a bed cause you were conceived in a bed. Total nonsense.

  • @Reasonwillwin I love your "could haves"...very prevalent in the Darwin camp. Stop for a second and think...I know it's hard for a monkey to stop let alone think, but try anyway. If the supposed amino acids were formed in some primordial soup as the Darwin camps says happened...WHERE THE HELL DID THE CHEMICALS THAT MAKE UP THE AMINO ACIDS COME FROM DUMMY?!!! The rocks contain the reagents that must be leeched from them into your Darwin cess pool to make the amino acid which is impossible...

  • @Reasonwillwin Study chemical evolution you idiot and then make this statement again! If Darwin was right and everything including plants, animals, insects, etc. all came from a common ancestor then you have to start at the beginning which would be the chemicals necessary to form those amino acids...and not just one amino acid but all of them! The odds of this occurring by chance are so infinitesimal that anyone knowledgable of probability would include it in "impossible"...

  • Respond to this video...And speaking of the "single cell", where did it come from? It couldn't have "evolved" one part at a time or it wouldn't have survived. A "single cell" is much more complicated than you might think and is composed of parts resembling machines which each perform a specific purpose for the survival of the cell. Take just one of those parts away and the cell will soon be dead if left in it's original environment. You need a refresher course in Microbiology...

  • @Reasonwillwin I don't believe it, but if you believe in Darwinian evolution then you do and are too ignorant to realize it...but, what can you expect from a monkey who's ancestors are rocks...not much I would think!

  • @Reasonwillwin I don't believe this bozo...you do! Darwin said that everything came from a common ancestor whcih at the most basic level would have been a single celled organism which in itself is a highly complex machine and not just a bunch of amino acids thrown together. You have three choices: (1) God spoke everything into existence; (2) all life on earth evolved from chemicals leeched off rocks to supposedly form basic amino acids and (3) the aliens planted life here on earth...

  • @TheBadhaggis I take the second one since the first one is religious nonsense and the third one is just absurd, not to mention that the second one is the only we have evidence for. Just cause you might not understand abiogenesis sir does not make it any less true. Amino acids are called the building blocks of life, there's a reason for that.

  • @Reasonwillwin I agree with you that amino acids are the building blocks of life, but where did they come from? The odds of just one amino acid forming in a natural environment are infinitesimal and closer to impossible without the aid of some outside intelligence (ie information) being added to the mix and the chance of all of the amino acids forming are impossible without the aid of some kind of outside intelligence. The amino acids are made up of chemicals...where did they come from?

  • @TheBadhaggis '' the chance of all of the amino acids forming are impossible without the aid of some kind of outside intelligence.'' That's not factually true based on the many experiments made by the scientific community. The source of the chemicals has yet to be known for sure but they're many possibilities to take into account.

  • @Reasonwillwin The only experiment that actually produced an amino acid wasn't even a success. The controlled environment that was used to "simulate" primordial earth's environment was not accurate and the byproducts of the experiment would have killed any life form if left to mix. Other than that no one has produced amino acids in the lab, let alone simple proteins. The "source of the chemicals" is not yet known because it didn't happen by chemical evolution. Evolution is a Religion...

  • @TheBadhaggis ...based on "faith" because there is no way of proving that such chemical reactions occurred in nature, thus we have to speculate on what we think the conditions were on primal earth and then make up the rest as we go along. Spontaneous Generation (ie abiogenesis) was disproven over a hundred years ago...it's not science...living things make living things...they do not appear spontaneously from a mixture of random chemicals leeched from rocks, get hit by lightening and "presto"!..

  • @TheBadhaggis Just go do some research on abiogenesis, take the ''it's a sin!'' part of your mind and educate yourself, it's embarassing to see you with such misunderstand and misinformation,

  • @Reasonwillwin I'm not looking at this subject like "evolution" is a sin, I'm looking at it as simply a "Theory" that most of the scientific community are afraid to disagree with for fear of losing their positions in that community. The principle of "abiogenesis" (aka "Spontaneous Generation") was disproved years ago when biogenesis was proclaimed to be the truth, kind beget kind. When that didn't work before you tried turning to the "Hopeful Monster Theory" which was also eventually canned to

  • @TheBadhaggis haha, you literally know nothing about evolutionary biology.

  • Respond to this video...life begins. Even the single celled organisms from which Darwin claimed all living things originated from are far too complex to have occurred by chance. Most scientists with open minds and not afraid to buck the system agree with the argument of "irreducible complexity" with regard to whether a single celled organism could have "evolved" one part at a time...impossible! Remove any part of the system and it will lead to the eventual destruction of the cell.

  • @TheBadhaggis Everytime you comment I exect to see some sort of common sense coming from you and the you say some idiotic stuff like: Evolution is a religion! There's nothing to do with you. Just go and pray to your magical being in the sky and let scientists open the doors of reality. You have no idea what you're talking about.

  • @Reasonwillwin To make "evolution" sound rational you need to make up things like the geologic column and offer up fossils that are clearly not transitional forms showing one species developing into another completely different species. You have ignored modern Physics, Biochemistry, Microbiology, and all other disciplines that show more reasons for Darwinian Evolution to be next to impossible and nothing but your "faith" in Darwinism to support this ridiculous "Theory. When asked something...

  • @TheBadhaggis ...that clearly contradicts evolution you simply say well, that hasn't been found out yet or we're pretty sure we know what happened. If you believe in something that you have no tangible proof for then that is called "faith" and the subject you are believing in (aka your "god") is your "religion". The Christians have the God of the Bible, and you have Darwin and Dawkins

  • @Reasonwillwin Bullshit!

  • Ugh, for the record evolution has nothing to do with the origin of life, don't know if anyone else caught that. Evolution explains the diversity of life. Don't worry about this shit though, once the baby boomers finally start to die off, religion will decline dramatically. It's dying and it's because with increased education and liberalism, birth rates and religiousness decline. This trend has been seen in nearly every first world nation, except US because there are a LOT of psycho christians

  • @glibglabgloob Are you referring to the "same psycho christians" who wrote the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States? The same "psycho christians" who founded almost every esteemed school of higher education in the United States? The same "psycho christians" who are leading scientists in the world (not just the US...) who are now debasing "evolution" as a farce followed by blind "intellectuals" such as yourself claiming "diversity" not "species"?

  • @TheBadhaggis

Christian scientists are debasing evolution huh? Tell that to Kenneth Miller. Or Robert T Bakker. Or any real Christian biologist or palaeontologist. I'll hear from you when you've got a reaction beyond laughter.

And just so you know, diversity means species. It's just a bit more general.

  • @Quintinohthree Neither of these guys are "Christians"! If they really believe in an all powerful God then why the hell did He need evolution for? I'm thinking that they just don't want to be blacklisted by their compatriots in the "scientific" community so they mix evolution with special creation...it's a cop out on their part, both as "scientists" and as "Christians". You are either right or wrong you can't be both otherwise you have to discredit one or the other...

  • @TheBadhaggis

I think you are far too much looking at it as if your theology is the only correct theology. The Anglican, Catholic and Eastern Orthodox churches all consider evolution as correct as do many protestants. It's not a mix of evolution and creation, beyond the creation of the very first life they all agree that all species evolved, through natural selection, without a need for intervention from God, though not excluding it from having happened.

  • @TheBadhaggis Oh boy, another moron who believes our founding fathers were christians, get an education would you?

  • @glibglabgloob You are soooooo full of shit! Darwinian Evolution demands a common ancestor or original life form that everything else sprang from. What book did you read? It sure wasn't Darwin's work of fiction!

  • The "Roll Tide" at the end was hilarious.

  • Of course the bible is true.It was written by some people that god it from god.Of course you may wonder why such a powerful god needs intermediaries to spread his word instead of just coming down a making books, scrolls, etc materialize or something. But its just one of those mysteries.

  • @jxsilicon9 Kind of like the Cambrian Explosion or the sudden appearance of flowering planlife, huh?

  • LOL religion get 2 in the head and one in heart. You can never shame religion and the faithful enough. Its the farce we love to mock because its fun to do so.

  • @699backstab I agree that it is fun to push people's buttons, but evolution is still a "fairy tale"...

  • @TheBadhaggis i guess when you're conservative, anything you don't understand is a lie told by the devil to steal your tiny penis from your rightful helpless slave girls.

"evolution is just a theory!" -- person who doesn't know the definition of a scientific theory

  • It is disturbing to see America moving away from religious freedom like it is. It seems that if you are a Christian in the states you are fair game for ridicule about your intelligence, which is the what people routinely grasp at when they can't find any real basis for debate. Bill Maher is like a toddler who is running around saying, you are dumb.

  • @infpdarling

It's alright to call morons dumb when their ignorance is obvious. You can't argue with them anyways and convince them of anything, and to the outsiders i.e. the audience, well the debate is too 5th grade to repeat all the premises. BTW this isn't an attack on you, I'm just explaining there is a time to just insult people rather than argue

  • @stormblast49 @stormblast49 I understand you are not attacking, however, what you are saying is that if you can't change someone's mind you call them dumb. That is a breakdown of discourse that is unaccpetable. People believe different things, and if this can't be approached respectfully it tears at the fabric of freedom. Left wing media turning debate in school yard bullying, while part of their freedom of speech, should still be looked at for what it is.

  • @infpdarling Just so we are clear, Bill Maher is a comedian, not a news anchor. Comedians aren't bound to the same rules. I look at it for what it is, comedy, just like Glenn Beck and Bill O'Reilley.

  • @infpdarling

You're right US is moving away from religious freedom. And thats because evangelicals.Christians control everything but wants to cry when someone question their ridiculous views.Atheists are the most screwed in this country.

  • Lol, that was fucking fantastic.

  • S. E. Cupp is not an atheist.

  • @MalachiMine of course she's not, she's only posing as one to sell books and be on shows like the one in the video above.....but, just like sarah palin, all the men in the room including myself are wondering what it would be like to be looking up at her chin between her quivering breasts as we are licking her labia majora and minora...

  • The cause of homesexuality is book-learnin'. The cure? BOOK-BURNIN'! YEE HAWR!

  • this is brilliant

  • Republicans convince me more and more that having a high mental capacity is a STIGMA!!! No wonder why a right-wing intellectual is a fucking contradiction

  • LOL He said ROLL TIDE!

  • why are we so dumb.....

  • If Alabama consists of nothing but inbred, conservative, Christian morons, then I guess California is full of homosexual surfers. Texas has nothing but dumbass ranchers proud of their "heratige", and all natives of the North are loud-mouthed, ignorant Yankees................. Does this make me an insult comic?

  • I guess the moral is sometimes we don't accept science if it we don't like it.

  • Okay guys, Maher is an insult comic. You know what insult comics do for a living? They insult people to get laughs. The people who laugh in turn give the insult comics money. Did Maher step over the line? Sure, but some of that ribbing was called for in the way the attack ad was framed. To many of us, including Texans like me, putting religion (read: creationism) into politics is a big no-no. Religion should be personal, not legislated. Schools, on the other hand, should teach science.

  • Why is it that progressive society always arrives in the South dead last?

  • ironically, the real attack ad had some unintentional merit, since evolution doesn't even attempt to explain the origin of life. yee haw!

  • Heck it seems like conservative traitors in Alabama are still mating with food produce.

  • Oh my goodness.....how in the world did I ever happen upon this TOTAL GARBAGE? And the content is bad, also.

  • Here's what the fake attack ad should have said: :"Bradley Byrne says the earth rotates on an axis. George Bush says axises are EEE-VIL!!!"

  • ROOOOLL TDE!

But seriously though, it REALLY is like this in Alabama. Not everyone is crazy as shit, there are normal people, but they are outnumbered 10 to 1 by people like Bradley Byrne.

  • Just reminded again why I never watch this putz or the network that puts out this drivel

  • @ 0:30 this commercial humiliates an entire state, unfortunately.

  • I feel sorry for all the normal people that live in Alabama.

  • if you make aliving making fun of people i got one for you mr maher . you got a face like a BABOON'S ASS ....

  • @Rlittle1954 I think Bill Maher is a bit more clever than you.

  • @tantalides without seeing the comment you're replying to, i'm sure you're probably right. i'm even more sure, though, that maher is less clever than he thinks he is. and whatever, i'm the least clever of the lot. but hell, cleverness is overrated. why i kin member my step pappy callin my mawma "clever" like it were a insult.

  • I wonder why he hasn't made a video about the results of the Alabama GOP primary? Seeing as how the state chose to nominate Dr. Robert Bentley for governor over Byrne and James. But who are we kidding? Nobody from California has the right to say anything... they elected an actor that barely even speaks English.

  • Grow up you southern morons. This is a joke. I live in the south. And I know how retarded you southies are: Christian. Conservative. Creationist. Cunts!

  • He didn't have to make fun of southeners, you do it yourself.

  • Most of those sterotypes are true. I live in the good ole state of alabama for 27 years and I approve dis message.

  • Disgusting! Why is this not hate speech? It's OK to make fun of a certain group of people? What a bunch of hypocritical bullies.

  • This guy is such an ass.... Such and elitist he can insult a whole culture and everyone laughs about it. Progressives believe they are so intelligent but yet they really don't get it! Stay out west in your bankrupt states. I hope you don't "choke" on the food that comes from AG driven states. When it all goes to hell in an handbasket, just remember... "A country boy can survive"! For all you think you know Maher....You know nothing! That goes for the other asses on your panel too.

  • @theodoremisfit He's obviously making fun of the politicians on both sides of this campaign, one for mocking the other for not being profoundly illiterate and uneducated, and the other for responding by loudly declaring that he is, in fact, proudly ignorant. That's exactly what the real attack ad and response amounted to.

That you can't figure out that this is not an attack on southerners in general is just embarrassing, and reinforces the stereotype that you're whining about.

  • Being from Alabama, I take offense at this! Tired of Yankees making fun of Southerners. Funny you never see anyone "retire" to the North - nope, all the cocky, loud, ill-mannered yankees retire to the South! They get here, they try to become "southern". We treat them with respect and welcome them to our communities - guess that's why the South is know for "manners" huh? Tired of entertainers thinking they are experts on politics - any different than a mechanic or plumber would be.

  • Someone wanted to know where God came from... Well God didn't come from anywhere. Gods not limited to time like we are. God has always been and will be for eternity.

  • Mr Bill is a very bad person.

  • This video is full of win. lmao

  • Go to hell, Bill

  • @richard4president

and since i know you're going to ask, in a vain attempt to distract us from our question, here is my answer to yours

"Where did the first atom come from?"

The answer is simple "We don't know," also we aren't afraid to admit the incompleteness of our knowledge. In fact we embrace it as a challenge to fill in whatever gaps we can in our brief time on this earth.

Oh there are theories, and you're welcome to research them, but you won't.

I love small minded, predictable people.

  • @richard4president

Cry, kick, scream, whine and hold your breath till you're blue in the face. Throw all the double talk and fake facts you can imagine at the question to try and make it go away. None of it will work, at the end of the day we will still demand an answer to the question AND your physical evidence as proof. It is religion that makes ridiculous claims of knowledge they do not possess, the burden of proof therefore falls on religion. So answer: "Where did god come from?"

  • LOL ROLL TIDE

  • I think that was a little excessive, but that ad against Bryne needed to be mocked. Evolution should be taught in all schools. Sadly, here in Alabama, all you have to do to get support is say that you believe every word of the Bible, are a conservative Christian, shoot things with a shotgun on a regular basis, and generally disapprove of science.

  • @Drake8604 that is the dumbest thing ive ever read... I too live in alabama and idiots like yourself are what make southerners have such a heavy stereotype. So stfu and stop playing the stereotype.

  • Bill Maher is an idiot.

  • Someone save me. I live in Alabama.

  • @blackrosesandthorns Get out if you can! I live here to but im moving to the west coast in one month.

  • @1zzzzzzz1 Lucky you. T_T

  • @blackrosesandthorns hey how do you like all the road blocks and shit they have here?

  • @1zzzzzzz1 Huh? What are you talking about? Road blocks? o.0

  • @blackrosesandthorns Sorry that maybe a little off the subject but it happens a lot where i live and i think its very annoying.

  • @ 45 seconds in..... Bill's priceless face of disgust towards people that deny science... LOL

  • People do realize Tim James and Roy Moore came in 3rd and 4th.

  • As a progressive secular humanist Auburn University student, the "Roll Tide!" at the end was the cherry on top for this.

  • Haha fuck the Tide!

  • Hahaha! ''Call him and tells him where he can stick his fancy highschool diploma''

Hahahaha! Can't stop laughing at that one!

  • If the human race is ever going to advance all religion needs to be done away with muslims kill because a book tells you to come on we humans need to all work together and religion prohibits that Its an insult to the intelligence of a person to say you cant make decisions on your own without some ridiculous god showing the way get out of the stone age you bunch of hypocrites

  • I mean you really just attacked some one for being a christian? What time do we live in where that is acceptable at ANY LEVEL... and then you made him into some kind of uneducated hick just because he's from alabama... America didnt seem to mind Alabama when we pretty much owned American Idol for the only few years it was even relavent...

  • @luckyjinxer Wow, chill. :) I'm from Alabama too, and I think all the ads this year were ridiculously funny, and I actually vote Republican most of the time. We've got to learn to poke fun at ourselves every now and then...

  • oh and by the way you just called all Christians in American red neck hicks and dumbasses, congratulations, you just alienated most of America

  • lol I was about to attack this video because I am a proud citizen of Alabama, but you saved it in the end with the roll tide, I agree, all bama fans are like that...

  • @luckyjinxer are we now?

  • BCS National Champions...but other than that.....yeah, it really is that bad in Alabama. I lived in Birmingham for 8 years......god help me.

  • @straightofdahood thats what happens to people who live in birmingham. Most horrible place in all of alabama. How about you come live in the northern part of alabama then place a comment on the state. That is like me going to alkatraz and coming back to alabama and saying "oh my god, LA is a horrible place... god help me".

  • I'm a little insulted, simply because of my geographic location, but I agree with the principle.

  • I live in Alabama, the worst ad for him is the one where the southern chick says "He vow-ted tah teach eva-looshin in our skew"

  • Propaganda

  • done did see? love it!

  • So.... I guess by Maher's logic... since everyone in Alabama is stupid, everyone is California is gay? makes since. No wonder this guy calls himself an intellectual.

  • @BadMtrFngr Well, when someone says the bible has all actual facts and Jesus runs his life, this someone is stupid Indeed. Or you also believe earth is flat?

  • @BadMtrFngr THANK YOU!

  • I believe the commercial he's parodying was put out by the Alabama Education Association, not Roy Moore. Props to the fact checking department!

    Even so, Row Tahd!

  • What a bunch of stupid hillbillies haha!

  • The way that scientists can tell if a star has a planet moving around it is by looking to see if the star has a slight wobble from the gravity exerted by that planets pull. They can't see the planet, but they see its effect. We can't see who is and who isn't an idiot in Alabama, but we can see the idiot influence when we look at what kind of political rhetoric sells.

  • Props to Bill Maher for picking on the 'bama fans. Hate that he's making fun of our state but I can't help but laugh. ROOOOW TAAAAAAAAHHHHD!

  • @ryan851 They didn't have any idea that "War Eagle" was even an option.

  • @grace954 Oh, you mean Alabama has another team other than in Tuscaloosa? Can you remind me what their name is again? I seem to have forgotten since 1957 when they claimed their ONE recognized NCAA national championship...

  • when was this? what episode.

  • I know it's true that not everyone in Alabama agrees with there elected officials but most likely the majority of people there do. The intellectuals in Alabama need to not fret when people put down the state because I'm sure they agree with a lot of the comments about the majority of there state. I'm currently in Atlanta and I don't mind when people knock GA cuz well, this state is just as deserving of criticism.

  • it's funny. being from alabama, it's also painfully close to reality, too. i didn't have a sister and prom sucked. (ok, kidding, but just....) i like to think god loves creationists, too, but i'm all liberal like that.

  • If Alabama's people stop wanting to be portrayed as ignorant they should elect some representatives that aren't ignorant. It's not like they aren't going to vote for them, and anyone that would vote for either of these guys is very properly portrayed by comedians and the media.

  • @eastsidewillyb not everyone in Bama agrees with the retards that were "elected"

  • aww man I know these people :X sucks to be from Alabama. I promise we're not actually like this.

  • @101390 It doesn't suck to be from Alabama. It only sucks if you are a coward and won't own up to the great state of Alabama being your home.

  • @richard4president I meant that it sucks to be from Alabama when its being portrayed like this & so poorly represented in the media. I've never lived anywhere else and putting words in my mouth is silly... I just wish comedians would find some new material because this bullshit is so overdone.

  • @101390 I agree then

  • Good way to go ahead a sterotype the whole state of alabama Bill Maher. I think this shows loads of disrespect to the state of alabama and everyone who lives in it. Very unprofessinal on his part and his writers.
