@puggas No. It's Barry Gibb. Youngest brother Andy, died in 1988. Barry is about 12 yrs. older. They were, however, very similar, even sharing identical birthmarks. Barry is also a lot taller than Andy was. Vocally, even Barry says they were incredibly similar. And @hotmn4u it is actually BARBRA.
