it's from black out S14E7! abby got drunk and slept with dr. moretti.. after that she picks up Joe and then goes to the airport to fly to Croatia where luka is.. but she can't get a ticket

no its not. joe is played by fraternal twins, so there is a similarity, but theyre not identical
