It also employs road workers; 20 mexicans and 3 white guys working on 20 miles of highway for 30 million dollars. That's 1,304,347 per woker over a 1 year period. Once the work is complete what happens to the jobs? The 1st stimulus package gave billions to schools to hire teachers. Once the money ran out they laid off teachers, because they couldn't afford to keep them.
