You have (in my opinion) two difficult things to find... Good sense of tunes (reflected with the talent you play your covers) and the other the most difficult a "voice"

Explote your talent (could be interesting to hear more from you creation in stead of covers) and the idea of iTunes could work !

For this video, the guitar was recorded through a lead.

Those are Sennheiser HD202 headphones. Got them from JB HI-FI. Cost me AUD$70. :)
