i have a core quad with a 512mb ati hd graphics and a 3 gb ram it plays goood so im going to buy this game ill tell you without the demo i dont know if i should buy it or not i also like the freedom in the game where you can go anywhere and you can kill youre allyes without being penelised.

In the demo you can change dificulty level. I don't know how much it changes it because the demo is f***ed up for me. Finaly someone has made a gmae (not mod) that features ww1.

I kinda get the idea of this game not delivering any challenge at all. I mean why would you want to use a machine gun when people around you use swords and muskettes? It just sounds so... Boring.

i agree with you but ther is gona be like hundreds of enemys on the screen at one time so it might still be some sort of challenge i would have liked it better if u just used the weapons of that time instead of futuristic weapons

Ya, as far as i know you are a soldier sent back in time to set history right after someone in the future messed it up. You also have to do something else i think, but i can't remember.

what they should of done was put the player in historical battles with authentic weapons for that time period, no bull shit time travel story just you as a roman legionaire, ww1 private, civil war captain etc

Exactly, I would much rather go toe to toe with a Legionnaire with a while using a sword, shield and dagger, rather than just blowing him into oblivion with an M-16, hopefully the futuristic weapons will be optional though, because the rest of the game sounds and looks brilliant.

the only thing im looking at is the graphics, and right now, they don't look the best. i hope before they release the game, the gfx looks better. the particle system however is top notch!

Kuribo, I would remove your comment but it shows your ignorance so plainly that it helps the game to leave it up. How can you say the AI sucks in a game that is not released yet? This video was shot many months before the game is due for release. The game will be releasing soon and I will have a video preview of the game up a day or so before it releases so you can all make your decision to buy it or not.

do your research, WW1 was filled with trench warfare. That is what it was like, they didn't have time to stop and shoot. Their commanding officer tells them to charge, they jump out of their trench and just rush for the enemy's.

Acctualy the AI is pretty good at this game, it reacts at environments, sounds, position, enemys, vision, group signals, and more.

This whole thing does a pretty good job of covering that up, with the entire of the opposition jogging slowly towards the trenches. You would have thought they would have at least run, with their life on the line, don't you?

ppl important to human history die and you go back in time to kill ppl that are totally unimportant, to save the important... how is someone more important in time than an other person ? what if you would go back to save 15 soldiers in the american civil war to save a ancestor that is important today, but kill maybe 15 which grandchilds maybe made an other step in history ?
