Nothing can defeat good physics, except better physics. It is indeed another world to be able to use these principles at higher and higher levels of speed and intensity, but I think at any speed these principles are valuable to learn and understand.
This is really impressive, I found myself repeatedly viewing this clip. I think I understand what you are saying, this is profound and I think whats missing in most martial arts today.
In answer to the comment, "wow, you could rule the ufc with that kind of power." No, you still need skills. One thing to keep in mind is that the opponent is striking and if he lands it could be curtains out; another is that the utter suddeness and power of his move or change up may catch you if your own skills and personal control are lacking. Still, the lessons to be learned in the method can be quite useful to a nhb fighter.
I would be interested in seeing this demonstrated under a controled environment with someone who is not his student. I'm not saying it isn't true, just that there are many who claim similiar skills but do not deliver in real world conditions.
Thank you for your comment. Yes, the real trick is in being able to perform under a reality situation. But, in truth the principles and physics at work are very simple; so simple that they are normally overlooked. I am working on a website designed to teach how to apply these concepts into training, regardless of system or style. Again, thanks.
Better than "relax" -- turn off. That's one part. The other part is the proper use of energies or, as you cll it, chi. I don't like using the word chi, because the idea becomes misunderstood. Thank you for the question.

Hi nazworkshop,
